Also, if booking.com won’t be willing or able to address such issues on t - This property is being displayed at booking.com as 5 star location. This is fake and needs to be corrected. The owners promote this location to be 5 star with significant rebates. This seems to be the hook to attract customers. Despite the owners are friendly, everything else (location, furniture/interiors, in room breakfast only, cleanness, smelling shower, no reception, no lobby, ) is fake as mentioned beforehand as this location should be clearly categorised as solid 3 star location. I think if booking.com wants to keep its status of a reliable booking platform they must have checks in place to ensure the star ratings are at least directionally correct. I will never ever book this location. The rating category of 5 star is complete false. This is fake and needs to be corrected.

• Wafa (10/5): Moderne, propre, excellent petit déjeuner et hyper bien localisée - Magnifique chambre propre et moderne. Calme et bien insonorisé. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Hyper bien localisé: vous sortez du logement et vous êtes directement dans le centre ville. Petit déjeuner trop bon !

Le petit déjeuner servi en chambre est composé de délicieux produits de boulangerie proche de l'hébergement. Assez bruyant. Les fenêtres donnent sur une place où il y a de nombreuses terrasses. Les nuits ne sont pas très calmes avec des personnes qui vocifèrent à 4h du matin ou l'installation du marché .

And one bedroom is also the entrance for the second bedroom. So one bedroom is without privacy. Nice baskets with breakfast.

• Zoë (3/5): Not a hotel... no services - The city is beautiful and the location of the hotel is fine. The booking included breakfast - the breakfast was poor considering the rating of the hotel. Entrance to the hotel is through a side entrance in the "restaurant" and room maintenance leaves plenty to be desired. No toilet paper in the room, difficult to find. This is an airbnb with no services - definitely not a hotel and certainly not a 5 star hotel.
• Tair (1/5): Отвратительный отель - К сожалению, мой опыт с Les Loges оказался крайне неприятным и абсолютно не соответствующим уровню, который ожидаешь от отеля подобного формата. Я должен был заселиться 26 апреля, в воскресенье, на одну ночь. После очень долгой дороги я приехал в Анси, рассчитывая спокойно попасть в отель и отдохнуть. На Booking было указано, что check-in начинается с 16:30. Более того, еще примерно за две недели до приезда я заранее написал в отель с вопросом о возможности early check-in, поскольку понимал, что могу приехать раньше. К сожалению, никакого ответа я так и не получил. Когда я прибыл к отелю, двери были закрыты. Никакого нормального приветствия, ресепшена, понятной инструкции или человека на месте не было. Я оказался у закрытой двери после долгой дороги, фактически без понимания, как попасть внутрь и что делать дальше. После нескольких попыток мне кое-как удалось дозвониться до представителя отеля. Этот человек перенаправил меня на другого сотрудника. Второй сотрудник, в свою очередь, сказал, что он никаких решений не принимает, и посоветовал снова звонить первому человеку. После этого я 4–5 раз пытался дозвониться обратно первому сотруднику, но мне просто не ответили. В итоге вместо помощи я получил сообщение в неприятном и, на мой взгляд, хамоватом тоне: мол, если на Booking не ответили, значит раннее заселение невозможно. То есть гость должен сам догадаться, что отсутствие ответа — это отказ. Для меня это абсолютно неприемлемый уровень сервиса. В нормальном отеле на запрос гостя отвечают заранее, особенно если речь идет о заселении, времени прибытия и доступе в здание. Самое неприятное — это не только невозможность раннего заселения. Я понимаю, что early check-in может быть недоступен. Проблема в полном отсутствии коммуникации, закрытых дверях, перекидывании гостя от одного человека к другому, игнорировании звонков и крайне недружелюбном отношении.

• olivier (8/5): Annecy, Cocon techno au cœur du centre historique - Très agréable d'être dans le centre historique, on ne peut que saluer la réhabilitation qui a été faite, et l'optimisation de l'espace. Les équipements sont de qualité. Nous découvrions par exemple la douche convertible en Hammam, et c'est une belle innovation. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir nous réchauffer un plat, et de mettre au frais dans le réfrigérateur les produits de la région avant de repartir. Le petit lave-vaisselle est un vrai plus ! Quant à la cheminée d'ambiance au gaz, c'était un accueil inattendu. La vue sur la place, en particulier les jours de marché est un spectacle en soi. Nous avons été sensibles à la qualité de l'accueil, même si on peut être déstabilisé par l'absence de réception au sens premier du terme. Nous rejoignons les commentaires des autres visiteurs : ce bel établissement affiche cinq étoiles, mais ne les vaut pas. L'isolation, malgré le double vitrage, laisse passer tous les bruits de la rue, à commencer par les camions de livraison des brasseries environnantes le matin. Il y a beaucoup d'équipements technologiques dans le logement, mais peut-être trop : nous n'avons pas su faire fonctionner l'une des plaques, pas su profiter non plus du système d'enceintes Bose, et beaucoup tâtonné pour mettre en route le Hammam… Un mode d'emploi ne serait pas superflu ! Dernier point : il y a du rangement, mais beaucoup en hauteur, donc inexploitable pour les gens de taille normale, et très peu de cintres.

Das Zimmer und die Nebenräume sind sehr aufmerksam eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Lage von Les Loges inkl. Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe der Altstadt ist ideal. Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und umfassend über alles informiert.

• William (5/5): The unit had all amenities mentioned but was much smaller than expected and loud from the square. - Hosts offered to deliver a basket of basics in the morning for a fee. We enjoyed the view and proximity to be able to walk everywhere and down to the lake. It’s a gorgeous area. Perhaps the restaurant attached could have offered an earlier opening for breakfast. It was difficult to find a decent breakfast in the morning. The unit was located right on top of the main square in the old center. Beautiful area but overcrowded with people and loud at night from revelers partying. It was also very difficult to find the unit with a car. There was no car access to pull up or park at the hotel so we had to park in the public lot and walk with our luggage. It was not far but difficult. Hosts did give gps links to parking and the walking directions to the hotel.

• Catherine (9/5): A great choice, especially if arriving by car. - The property is in the heart of the charming old city in a pedestrian zone with many restaurants and cafes. An underground parking garage was steps away. The studio was renovated and comfortable with good wifi. A substantial and tasty continental breakfast was delivered to the room. The room lacked a kettle but one was later brought up on request. I wasn't able to produce a hot cup of coffee with the pod machine.

• Dawn (10/5): Perfect stay in an idyllic little town - The room was a mini suite with a full kitchen and a separate little breakfast nook. It had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. Location was perfect. It was difficult to find. Better instructions are needed. You can’t just drive up to it. We ended up parking in a garage nearby (not the closest) and walking. There is a closer garage so don’t park in the one by the castle. It was a little noisy at night with the window open but once we closed the window it was fine.

No lobby to sit and wait, very late check in at 16 o clock and early check out at 11 with no flexibility. In the cold its hard to not have a lobby area with a couch for Kids to relax and wait until room is ready.

The fire in the room was lovely and cosy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the addition of the steam shower too.

• Marco (8/5): Anniversary night in Annecy - The property is nicely located in the old town, close to restaurants, shops and interesting tourist attractions. The breakfast basket was great! The Wi-Fi did not work at any point during our stay. Additionally, the first photo in the listing, the one showing the visible stairs, does not correspond to the apartment we were given, which makes the listing somewhat misleading.

Le petit déjeuner, livré dans un panier était très qualitatif : viennoiseries, pain frais, yaourts de la fromagerie... Nuit extrêmement bruyante jusqu'au petit matin : les gens parlent fort ou crient juste sous les fenêtre. Le manque d'équipement : juste 2 mini cuillères pour le petit déjeuner. Pas de vraie bouilloire. Je trouve le prix excessif pour les prestations. On est bien loin d'un 5 étoiles.
