• Gary (7/5): Nice flat, good host, badly let down by cleaning standards - Modern flat close to where we were going at NEC. Host communication good. Despite it being a modern flat the Cleanliness was not great unfortunately. Despite us offering to pay the cleaner extra to get flat cleaned 1 hour earlier so we could get in at 2pm instead if 3pm, which we appreciated, the flat was not clean (I still left £20 extra for cleaner as I promised I would) floors were filthy and had hairs and dirt, beds had hairs on, used tea bag still in sink, dirty scrubber in kitchen, stains in carpets and furnishings, washing left in washing machine and smelled damp, towels not great and other issues see photos. I can only add 4 photos but have photos of all the issues I’ve stated. If we had been staying longer than 1 night we would have complained and moved elsewhere. We were attending an awards night and didn’t want any issues so we had to put up with the issues as they couldn’t have been sorted even if we had brought them up on the day. Despite the flat being in a regenerated area, wouldn’t stay in this area again I’m afraid, however this is just our personal preference.

• Jennifer (8/5): - The location was great for the utilita arena, only 5 mins away. The flat was clean and tidy and very comfortable and there was little noise. We were only there for a couple of nights so didn't need any cooking pots. However there were pans but no dishes or anything to use in the oven.

• Ethan (10/5): Flawless experience, everything was amazing from the friendly owner to the exceptional flat ! - The owner was extremely friendly and was on hand to help with any questions when booking in, the flat is very clean and very well laid out, it has everything you could think of and need for a short or longer stay. I have no complaints whatsoever, it felt very homely and modern and was a perfect flat to stay in. Will be my go to when in Birmingham from now on !!

• Sienna (9/5): - the whole place was really nice and clean, love the bathroom and i love that they had tvs in both bedrooms too. kitchen was really nice as well and check in was easy and the house keeper was so lovely too! bed sheets were way too big for the covers. had to spend 5 mins fixing it as it was baggy which made it a bit uncomfortable but once fixed everything was fine :) 1 fork also wasn’t cleaned but the rest of the cutlery and pots and mugs were really clean

• Jave007 (7/5): Nice, comfortable apartment, very well placed but without the view that was promised. - The location was one of the two main reasons we booked here as it is close to the Utilita Arena and many pubs and eating places, as well as the rest of central Birmingham. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with good facilities. As mentioned above, there were two main reasons for booking here, the second was a view over the canal as advertised which this property does not have. The rainfall shower could not be used without a lot of water getting on the bathroom floor. As there are coffee and tea making facilities, my partner felt there should have been those little milk pods that are usually supplied, as it turns out there was a supermarket across the canal that we would have seen if there had been a canal view.
• Claire (9/5): great flat, lovely host. Near to city centre :) - the lock box was a bit tricky with fat fingers :) light on the code on the lock box Milk would have made it top quality :)
