Tamura (1/5): 二度と予約しません。 - 無し夜中まで2機あるエレベーターが故障していてビルに入れず、ここには宿泊せずに結局近所の空きのホテルを探して宿泊した。翌日電話でクレームをしたが、事前に支払った料金は清掃代だけ返金するとのこと。部屋の鍵は近所のコンビニに取りに行けというメールが宿泊日の朝に送られてきたようだが、その日の朝は早朝から外出していてWifiの届かないところに居たため分からなかった。最低でも前日に知らせてくれていたら何とかなったかもしれない。エレベーターの件も担当者が１階で事情を説明してどう対処したらいいか相談に乗るような対応をするべきと思う。同じように困って１階に座り込んでいる人達が１０人程いました。とにかく最悪の経験でした。宿泊代の返金は何とかならないものか?

Fiona (3/5): Horrible booking experience - rules++++ and threats to cancel and address withheld till late - Location Paid in advance then host demanded photo ID or they’d cancel booking. I thought it was a scam. Take my $ and sell my info. They sent pages of rules. They didn’t tell me address and how to get keys till less than 2h before checking. I told them their system wouldn’t work scanning my ID. They kept replying they would cancel my booking. I booked another property to ensure I had somewhere to stay. Their scanner finally worked and I did stay there but it totally ruined my stay.
Sichen (6/5): Nice cozy place to live in the city but the management could be better in communication and maintenance. - Location is perfect, and the view from the windows is awesome. The carpet could be cleaner, the check-in info wasn’t sent to me and I had to call and explain multiple times to get the details. During the stay both the lifts broke down and I didn’t receive any updates on the repair.
Brittany (5/5): Good location as it’s close to everything. However, beds are uncomfortable, the lifts weren’t working and the kitchenett - The location is perfect if you are travelling to Melbourne for the first time. Really close to the State Library, Melbourne Central, Chinatown etc. Apartment was a good size for 3 people. One of the lifts was out of service, with the other one always out of service, we spent most of one day not being able to get up to the apartment. The sink in the kitchenette smelt terrible, and the beds were pretty uncomfortable.
