• Sebastien (7/5): - Un logement typique de playa del carmen, dans un de ces immeubles construits à la hâte dans la colosio. Pas désagréable du tout mais pas génial non plus. Attention ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un bnb sans réception La clé n'est pas un code, celui qui avait été envoyé n'était pas le bon et mon collègue arrivé le 1er a du dormir la première nuit dans un autre hôtel car personne n'est venu l'aider. Les plâtres se décollent, une des chambres est aveugle, la fenêtre donne sur un mur. Elle est en lits simples alors qu'on avait demandé des lits doubles. le roof top n'a pas de prises électriques pour travailler. Dans la salle de sport les équipements ne sont pas branchés et la clim ne fonctionne pas. Rien de bien méchant mais l'ensemble laisse une impression moyenne

• Catarina (2/5): Not what they advertise online! - Located close to the center and the beach None of the doors in the apartment closed, so we were sharing an apartment with friends with the doors of the bedrooms and the bathrooms open. This was reported upon arrival, and the property mentioned someone would fix it the next day. We stayed an entire week and this issue was never fixed. During the stay there was also a heavy leakage that flooded the entire apartment, damaging the chargers and suitcases. When requesting a refund, we were offered a refund of only 6USD for 10% of only one of the nights. Be thoughtful when booking your accommodation here, as the property does not take accountability for the issues in the apartments nor offers another solution.
• Jose Luis (1/5): Desagradable - Fue bastante malo la atencion por parte de recepción y por parte del anfitrión no esta al pendiente y no te pueden resolver nada despues de las 10 pm Deberian tener un mayor control para lo que ofrecen y para lo que cobran su atencion es demasiado mala no pueden apoyar en dado caso de una emergencia piensen 2 veces antes de querer pasar mal sus vacaciones
• Ryna (7/5): - The location of this property was excellent. Very close to 5th avenue and a short walk to the beach and grocery stores. The condo was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We found that the property owners did respond to our inquiries quickly. We enjoyed the rooftop pool area. We had 2 1/2 bathrooms in the condo. Each one of them had a slow leak from the ceiling. The bathroom in the second bedroom had some drywall missing from the ceiling. We did have small ants in the kitchen area.

• Jonathan (7/5): - Roof top très bien avec wifi et la piscine. L'appartement est grand et spacieux, les concierges nous ont répondu rapidement lorsqu'on était bloqué dehors Les coussins pour les chaises longues sur le toit sont tous troués pour la plupart ils mériteraient un coup de neuf. Pour l'appartement il y avait des grosses fuites d'eau dans les salles de bains et le toilette à l'entrée, le plafond d'une des salle de bain avait même un gros trou je suppose à cause d'une fuite d'eau précédente, les concierges m'ont dit qu'ils passeraient voir mais ils ne l'ont jamais fait. Il y avait également des remontées d'odeur très fortes par moment. Canapé et oreillers des lits assez peu confortables, il manquerait également quelques équipements de cuisine pour rendre l'expérience plus agréable sur du court/moyen terme, on était 2 et c'était deja limite alors j'imagine pas à 4 (pas d'huile, quasiment pas de poivre à disposition, la majorité de la vaisselle est en plastique, manquerait au moins 1 poele / casserole en plus). Également assez bruyant la nuit mais c'est normal en étant aussi proche de la 5ème avenue, prévoir des bouchons d'oreille
• Samanta (7/5): - La ubicación nos gustó mucho, el dpto es muy amplio. No nos gustó que ingresaran al dpto sin autorización mientras no estábamos para resolver problemas con WiFi y falta de agua caliente durante 2 días. Al llegar, uno de los baños tenía rastros de materia fecal en el inodoro.
• ELISE (5/5): This is not luxury - Perfect Location, peaceful and quiet side of 5th avenue. 10 minute walk to the best beach- Coco playa, Approximately a 30 minute walk from the Ado bus station that comes from the airport. Safe walk down 5th avenue. Very safe walk even if you are alone. Rooftop pool is very nice, access to shopping for food/ restaurants. The fruit market 20 steps from the front door is excellent. Miguel's coconut water on the left, a block and a half down when you take a right (north) from the front steps. Very clean, Adiani management company was communicative-until they weren't. Easy to find and the Mgmt company was helpful to get in. Very nice cutting boards and good knives. Blender, three glass storage containers for extra food, felt safe until we found out the codes don't change, nice shampoo and body wash in the shower, AC worked great in the living room and the bedroom, nice place to sit outside in the morning if you like the city life, The building is newer and has luxury elements. Each of these rental properties are owned by a different person. # 304 is not luxury as advertised. Guest amenities were as cheap as it gets. We felt ripped off. Not worth the price. Do not recommend. We had two little 12 oz water bottles when we arrived after traveling all day. Most accommodations give you a 5 gallon jug of water. Other guests had a whole refrigerator full of water bottles when they arrived in their units. I was told by Adiani Mgmt company to "go get my own". It's $2.50 USD for 5 gallons of water. It's an affordable way to show you care about your guests since the water is not potable. We could not get Wi-Fi on the rooftop. I asked four different times. Mgmt company gave me one for the lobby-It didn't work. Then tried to tell me there wasn't any available. THEN I had to show a picture of the Wi-Fi link and THEN they finally gave me the code the evening we were leaving and we never verified if actually worked. Just have a code for the guests on the roof posted. We wanted to work by the pool, but needed wifi. The rental company was helpful for getting in, and from there it just went downhill. There is a ridiculous 8 digit code to open door which is easy to mess up and get locked out. I asked the rental company why it wasn't four digits and they said it's for safety. I found out from one of the residents, who has stayed there for the winter for the past 3 years, the codes never change. At that point we put a chair in front of our door at night because we did not feel safe. The main door and the garage codes do not change and neither do the codes to your door. So I question the management companies concern for safety. I did tell Adiani Mgmt this I got no response. One of the guests down the hall got locked out for several hours in the middle of the night because of this inept system.

• Javier (9/5): Amplia comodidad y cercanía - Lo que más nos encantó fue la terraza y el espacio del departamento, realmente enorme!! 4 personas entran bien pero para 3 personas es una MANSIÓN 😍 lo súper recomiendo y seguramente volveré con amigos! Las instrucciones del smart-lock no fueron muy claras para ser la primera vez, quizá un video explicativo al inicio hubiera sido mejor, sin embargo es una crítica constructiva, porque todo fue un 10/10 ! Otra crítica constructiva es que el host requería coordinar con el equipo de mantenimiento para acomodar los aires acondicionados o demás, eso se debería hacer ANTES de un hospedaje y no DURANTE :) .
• Carlos (10/5): Agradable y justo lo que necesitábamos para estar en playa del Carmen - la ubicación es bastante buena, además que el lugar es muy amplio y cómodo, tiene estacionamiento en el lugar y es un lugar nuevo y tranquilo que se puede disfrutar. En la llegada la clave de la puerta principal había cambiado, la ventaja es que teníamos la clave de la llave del portón para meter el coche, no me gusto también que tuvimos un incidente con el acceso al departamento y el personal encargado no respondió los teléfonos hasta el dia siguiente a las 8am y esa noche tuvimos que dormir fuera del departamento, entiendo sus horarios de atención son hasta las 10 pm pero es una situación que surgió por parte eléctrica de su alojamiento.
