• Yeri (1/5): not recommended - location and view I never thought I'd write such a long review. The location and view were great, but It was so cold inside the hotel that my baby (5m) had fever, caught a cold and we went emergency at night. it's hard to find the entrance by car. It would be good if you could explain the location. We rented this apartment for 2 nights to use the washing machine and kitchen especially for the baby. but when we used the washing machine, water flooded the floor. it was leaking inside washing machine near engine , which was very dangerous. thats why The apartment maintenance immediately took the washing machine away. in this situation mint saty management didn't apologize to us at all, and they didn't respond to the fact that we couldn't use the washing machine at all. When we told them that we couldn't wash clothes and towels, but they didn't respond at all. We couldn't use the washing machine, so we did our laundry by hand. i felt from their attitude like this: "It's not my concern. Anyway, we will take the machine to be repaired. I don't know what happens next. The washing machine will be back in its place once it is repaired. but I don't know when that will be." and The tissues and toilet paper for 5 adults were of poor quality and very insufficient. There was not much toilet paper left in the bathroom, as if someone had used it before, and there was no spare. I saw small ants in the kitchen and bathroom during the staying. I'm afraid that they will move into my house. Overall, it is not well managed. This was my first time using an apartment and I don't think I will use an apartment again. Just plz return all my expensive deposits

• Martin (3/5): bad price-quality ratio - The view is beautifull! Cleanless is very poor, broken furniture in all rooms, apartman stinks, bathrooms very dirty and moldy. There was broken bathtub and the water is flowing out. Door to bathroom was wet and moldy. Terrace door is not possible to close at 64 floor - take not children there! The staff was nice but didn't solve anything.

There was a very convenient direct link between the building and the Dubai Mall and the metro. We loved the outside pool. Jazil was our host and came to meet us in person to show us the property and hand over the keys. He was responsive and easy to contact when checkout.
• Warren (9/5): Brilliant location and accommodating hosts - The hosts were super accommodating to arrange an after midnight check in. Friendly and efficient. Great central location and superb views from the apartment. A welcome pit stop before we headed home from Europe.

The focal person represented the property Mr. Jazil was excellent and supportive very flexible. I liked the easy access to Dubai mall and sraouding area Due to weather I couldn’t enjoy setting in the balcony it was hot outside. I suggest to fix fan with spray water to cool the area.

• Delia (10/5): Very beautiful property, with excellent view and location - The view is excellent. Right in front of Burj Khalifa. I liked that it is very big. Three big bedrooms and one small maid room. I liked that there is a tunnel connecting the building and Dubai Mall. I liked that even though the building is tall, there are many elevators and you don’t have to wait much for an elevator to come. We had support from Jazil, who was ok, responded properly. I didn’t like that I had to pay 3000 AED deposit, and even though they returned the full amount, I lost around 150 AED because of the currency exchange. Also, I didn’t like that the terrace door did not close fully, and you can constantly hear the wind wheezing.

Although we arrived late night, Mr. Jazil equipped us in advance with all of the important information, so we were in 64th floor immediately. And the first thing we noticed - yes - the view. I couldn't imagine better one. The apartment is decent size. 3 extra big rooms with double comfy beds, perfect living room with balcony 2 bathrooms, another small room with small bathroom, fully equipped kitchen... And convenient store (24/7) just below the tower. I cant imagine any better place to stay in Dubai.

The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were good. Our host was very accommodating and the location was central to our needs. Nothing really to do with the apartment - the early staff person was unhelpful and we were treated with a condescending attitude when we asked for a taxi to the airport.

He patiently awaited our arrival in the lobby, ensuring a seamless check-in experience, and kindly assisted with our luggage. The 64th-floor apartment boasted an unparalleled location, offering direct access to Dubai Mall via the connecting bridge on level 2. Additionally, a 24-hour supermarket in close proximity proved highly convenient. The breathtaking views of Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Fountains, visible from both the balcony and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the master bedroom, were nothing short of awe-inspiring. This, in itself, made our decision to stay here an absolute no-brainer. Upon our arrival, Mohsin conscientiously brought to my attention a few minor maintenance issues with some furniture and furnishings, attributing them to the previous guest. It's worth noting that these issues, while present, did not detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay.

• Muhammad (1/5): Flooded kitchen, leakage, air con out of use. - Great location, easy walking access to Dubai Mall through tunnel. Exceptional views. Problems with leakage and air con. Kitchen was flooded the day we checked in. Water seeping through ceiling and building management had to come and clean it up. Mohsin, our point of contact, wasn’t very helpful at all and didn’t resolve the issue. Also, the air con was down and we were told not to use it during our stay (in 40 degree Dubai summer). It spoilt our first family holiday. Mohsin wasn’t helpful at all didn’t offer any sort of refund. Not happy.

• Norah (8/5): We will visit this flat again. - The flat was clean and smart louk, and the view was wonderful, right in front of Burj Khalifa, separated by a main street. We can go to the Dubai Mall within 5 minutes at the main street, and there is also a crossing bridge on the second floor that connects to the Dubai Mall and there are air conditioners. I thank Mr. Mohsin Khan, he was wonderful and responsive. There is no cleaning service for the flat. We should additional fees should be paid the cleaning is chargeable aed 300 one time
