- Bernard1978 (4/5): ひもじい滞在 - 新しい建物 ツインで予約しましたがかなり部屋が狭く 小さなスーツケースを広げるのもかなり困難でした。 駐車場利用の場合は一泊1500円とのことです。 連泊の場合は清掃がないです。 手をふくタオルすら支給してくれないホテルです。

- Helen (8/5): Worthwhile. - Near the Otaru canel, new facilities. Open air public bath, coin laundry and dryer. Reception speaks English well. Room is not very big (19 m2). Due to the hotel's policy, the reception could not help us make a phone reservation for the Shakotan community bus. So we had to ask the staff at the tourist information centre to help us make the call.

- SIMON_LOH (8/5): Pleasant stay close to main attractions - Room size is small as expected, clean and looks very modern. Beds are comfortable, though a little high, but means enough space to store any big luggage underneath it. Ample electric sockets. Wi-Fi works well. With a nice view of the canal and warehouses. Great breakfast, many variety of good quality dishes. Love its rooftop public bath and sauna. Public parking behind the hotel at a cheaper rate compared to it's in-house parking. Perfect location to nearby convenience stores and walking streets. Polite reception and restaurant staff. Prepare for the crowds during breakfast, as it only starts from 7am, and mind the steps inside certain section of the restaurant, not too elderly-friendly. No hook inside the bathroom. There's a driveway next to a number of big glass doors, but we can only enter through a small side door, that's weird.

- Minji (10/5): - 시기가 잘 맞아서 그런지 모르겠지만 너무 가성비 좋게 잘 지냈습니다. 운하 바로 앞이고 뒷편은 사카이마치 거리이고 오타루역도 도보거리라서 위치나 시설 모두 좋았어요. 대욕장도 깔끔하고 잘 관리되어 있어서 잘 이용했구요. 침대도 적당하게 단단해서 완전 푹 잤구요!

- Toby Brash (9/5): - The onsen was amazing. Wish I was there longer to try the gym too The extractor fan in the shower cubicle, which is right next to the bed, ran all night and couldn't be turned off. I'm a light sleeper and still getting used to these types of fans in hotels
