• Erykahcc (7/5): A Dreamland Farm but still needs improvement - This farm atmosphere is out of a movie! It is spectacular! The animals on the farm are so lovely, and we enjoyed all of them. The landscape, mountains, scenery, waterfalls, nature, and fresh air were absolutely the best! It is so nice that this little farm is located near Tbilisi, and we could easily get a taxi to and from there. The weather was all over the place (snow, rain, fog, etc.), so we didn't get to spend so much time outdoors as I would have hoped, but during a nice sunny warm day, this place is ideal for the family, possible romance, relaxation! We also met a Latvian man named Helmuts who is working on the farm as a volunteer. He was truly the best! Because of him, the experience was really fantastic. If you visit, ask for Helmuts (especially as an English speaker) he will take good care of you. The rooms were also really nicely built and suited nicely in the forest. We could hear the sounds of the waterfalls, birds chirping, and nature all around us. We loved it. Make sure to bring nature boots and attire. The weather could change at any point. I have compiled a list of things that definitely need to be improved at this farm to accommodate the public, especially English speakers. 1. I was very surprised that pretty much no facilities at the farm are actually connected at all. Everything is separate and requires a separate phone number for each activity. This was extremely unexpected for us. The reception can only provide information, but they are not the middleman between facilities, i.e horseback riding, spa, workshops, etc. I found this to be extremely strange since there are no landlines on the property at all. Not even in the rooms. I was expecting at least a landline for the rooms to be able to call people to arrange activities and reservations, but not possible. 2. The lack of English speakers is very concerning. Russian was the 2nd language used. Why is the farm catering to Russian speakers and not English speakers? More English-speaking staff would be helpful. It was difficult to communicate with many people. 3. We were unaware that there was only 1 working restaurant available on the farm and that many facilities would be closed due to the season. I was sad that many of the places I saw advertised online (cafes, etc.) were closed during this time. 4. We were not informed about the room cleaning services when we checked in. Apparently, you have to call and request this service. I thought this service would be automatically included. We never had our rooms cleaned the entire time we were there nor did anyone check up on us to see if we needed anything. 5. There is a map on the property that you have to physically go look for. No digital or paper map provided. A map provided at check-in would have been helpful. 6. A sign that says "reception" should be displayed. The receptionists were not there when we arrived, and we were highly confused about what to do from the start.

• Kristina (9/5): We had a very pleasant stay. - An incredible place with a truly beautiful and picturesque setting. The room was lovely, spacious, clean, and with a great view. It was also warm inside, which was especially important due to the weather. The food was delicious, although not everything listed on the breakfast menu was available. There was a minor issue with room access upon arrival and service but it was resolved quickly.

Included breakfast is okay but sadly of lower variety than paid alternatives. Hotel room (we stayed in a de luxe suite) has no air conditioning, heating is very powerful and dries the air inside. Heated floors are cold exactly where you stand barefoot. There is a tree inside a room surrounded by poorly sealed doors - they leak when it rains. Reception goes offline after 18 in the evening

• Asya (4/5): - Territory and smells good, good bed. Excellent breakfast. Good lighting in the room, hot water, bedding. I had Room 1 in the large gray Hypo house. This room is located right next to the entrance, so whenever residents from the other five rooms come and go, doors slam loudly—it’s not comfortable at all. People also walk past the balcony and look directly into your window. So I would not recommend agreeing to Room 1 in this large gray house. Second: when I arrived, the temperature in my room was 15°C and the heating was not turned on. Once I switched it on, it took about five hours for the room to warm up to at least 21°C. I was lying under an ice-cold blanket, trying to warm the bed with my body. I did not get the comfort I had expected. The staff offered me deep apologies, but that didn’t change anything for me. I’m disappointed.
• LUKSHA (9/5): Классная атмосферная территория, уютные домики, есть потенциал для апгрейда) - Территория - просторно, красиво, много локаций, виды на горы. Несколько водопадов. Просто потрясающе. Атмосферные домики «Ода» - стильные и традиционные, со всем необходимым. Ресторан - все очень вкусно. Свежие ингредиенты. Кухня фьюжн (европейская из эко продуктов с грузинскими оттенками). Все моменты с непониманием (не то приготовили например) сотрудники решали в нашу пользу/ приносили комплиментарные блюда , спасибо. Воркшоп по лепке для ребенка был замечательный - спасибо Софу и Ани! Возможно в связи с низким сезоном: почти всегда долго ждали в ресторане. Завтрак начинается в 9, но один раз только после 9 открыли дверь, долго принимали заказ и сделали не так как просил) Нет уборки домиков во время проживания и обновления бутилированной воды по умолчанию - воду мы один раз попросили обновить разом на оставшиеся 2 дня, принесли все равно как на один день. Но при этом мы начали привыкать что водопроводная вода абсолютно питьевая.

• Quentin (10/5): Lieu très agréable avec un personnel au petit soin et des installations tops ! - Super emplacement avec une maison très confortable et très bien équipée. Le personnel était aux petits soins et très pratique d'avoir été accompagnée et récupérée en voiturette (surtout avec les enfants et les bagages) du fait de la neige. Très chouette expérience à cette période de l'année (début mars) ou nous avons pu avoir de la neige partout sur le domaine. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ! Le prix de la nuit n'est clairement pas le moins cher aux alentours mais vaut vraiment le coup et nous trouvons le rapport qualité/prix très bon ! Juste dommage pour les aboiements des chiens sous les fenêtres quasi toute la nuit

Поэтому было бы Здо - Самым вкусным был завтрак, и очень запомнилась девушка с ресепшена: очень милая и отзывчивая! Кикети - прекрасное место для отдыха души 🩷✨, свежий воздух, красивое виды, вкусная еда 🥰 У нас в домике дверь не закрывалась, оказалось, что она секретом 😳 но, считаю, что так не должно быть, я приезжаю отдохнуть, а не думать как бы закрыть дверь 🚪; также раковина была забита: вода не уходила сразу, нам пришлось ждать полдня, чтобы она ушла.

• Алина (10/5): Однозначно советуем посетить это место. И что очень важно для нас, этот отель принимает хвостиков. - Все было великолепно. В номере тепло и уютно. Единственное в Deluxe номерах плохая шумоизоляция. Завтрак по меню, но в нем закончились сырники, гречка с авокадо, круассаны, по факту остались по списку только яйца в разных их вариациях. Хотя сырники у них одни из самых вкусных в Тбилиси.

• Daria (8/5): Great. Not perfect - The cottages are very cozy and I absolutely loved the interior design. Everything is well equipped and thoughtfully arranged. The bathrobes and slippers were especially appreciated since the weather outside was quite cold. I also had no issues filling the bathtub, the hot water was constant and worked perfectly. There were just a couple of small things that could be improved. For a hotel at this price level, the quality of the pillows could be better. I was also occasionally bothered by dogs barking on the territory at night, although this is probably more about my very light sleep. My husband slept perfectly and was not disturbed at all. We also had a slightly strange situation at breakfast. It was March 8, a Sunday and a holiday, so I understand the restaurant was very busy. The staff were extremely polite, but we were asked to finish breakfast quite quickly because the restaurant was overbooked. We were understanding, but I was a bit surprised by this request. If the restaurant expects to be overbooked on such days, it might make sense to prioritize hotel guests for breakfast earlier and schedule outside visitors later in the day.

It perfectly matches nature and the sound of the stream from outside is super relaxing. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Native Kiketi is also very cozy and chill restaurant with a cute staff. In the morning Breakfast was very delicious!
• Mary June (10/5): We loved it. - The hospitality was warm. From Mariam at the green car, to David at the restaurant, they were very hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. Plenty to choose from. I had bottled water plus a hot drink, a Matsoni and cottage cheese parfait, tuna and avocado on toasted bruschetta. We hiked to Kojori, but there were lots of places to explore in the woods around the farm. Guest room/cabins everywhere. Our single room chalet was perfect with large windows and a creek view out back. Not enough water in the fridge. I should've asked about more water in the first place, but learned that the tap water is good mountain water to drink. That was good to know.

Спасибо - Вкусная и качественная еда и напитки Завтрак был вкусный и качественный, но заказ ресторан очень долго готовил, так как снимал наши блюда - велась фото и видеосъемка в этот день Подача была не одновременно на двоих - это ошибка. Один ждал второго. Еда остыла к тому моменту. Мы заказали дополнительное блюдо за деньги, сверх того что включено в завтрак, но заказ перепутали. В итоге мы снова ждали. Подошел к управляющей и выразил недовольство за ошибки и сервис. Кофе, дополнительное блюдо из завтрака и круасан сделали за счет заведения. На обед от ресторана обещали комплимент, но мы уже уехали.

As a Georgian who deeply values our architecture and traditions, it was a pleasure to be in such an environment. The property borders a forest, creating a beautiful and unique atmosphere. If you are planning to travel with your pet, keep in mind that this place is not as pet-friendly as it claims to be. Judging by my experience, the trip was filled with various inconveniences, culminating during dinner when I was asked to move my dog from the chair next to me to the floor. For those of you who own pets, sleep with them, and care for them as meticulously as you do yourselves, you will understand the deep frustration of being told to put a clean, well-groomed pet on the floor. Many businesses mistakenly believe that being 'pet-friendly' simply means allowing an animal inside the building. In reality, it implies providing a service and an environment where the pet is treated as a guest, just like a human. When an establishment asks a guest to move a well-behaved dog to a cold floor while they are sitting quietly in a chair, it shows a complete lack of understanding of a pet's status as a family member. Based on my experiences in other countries, this establishment is not truly pet-friendly. They haven't fully grasped what this concept means for a business. Furthermore, I was not informed of these restrictions beforehand; despite asking numerous questions, I was met with 'surprises' upon arrival. This is especially disappointing because this trip was meant for my four-legged friend, not for me. My advice to the management would be to reflect on what they truly want. If you do not welcome animals as full guests, it is better to state that you are not pet-friendly. That would be far more honest and understandable for everyone."

• Ioda (7/5): - Location and forest nearby At first, the hotel staff. Overall, everything was fine. But the restaurant staff leaves much to be desired, as does the food they serve
• Pavel (5/5): Отличная локация, ферма и ресторан, но как отель - ниже ожидаемого - 1. Расположение шикарно, и красиво вокруг и сама ферма потрясающая. Животные, виды, все очень гармонично и красиво. 2. Ресторан - потрясающий, обязательно приедем ещё раз уже без проживания туда на завтрак или ужин. Включенные завтраки - очень хорошо и вкусно, есть возможность выбирать из нескольких позиций в ресторане для двух курсов завтрака, если остаетесь на несколько дней - не надоест. В целом место в первую очередь ферма с активностями, рестораном и во вторую очередь место где можно остановиться. За свои деньги опыт немного фрустрирующий. Мы уже останавливались в контейнерах, которые на дереве и было намного лучше. Сейчас брали номер который люкс в блоке из 4. 1. Территория все ещё достраивается, дорога к номеру частично просто грязная грунтовка, рядом стройка которую почти не слышно, но иногда что-то доносится. 2. Сами номера в этом блоке это просто обитые вагонкой комнатки, вроде пытались в дизайн, фотки красивые, но вообще не соответствуют тому куда приезжаешь. Не уютно, не обжито, не аккуратно. Какие-то следы краски и ремонта. Холодильник есть, розетки для него нет. Как будто была идея, но реализовано на порядок хуже чем те же номера в контейнерах. Может другие варианты размещения получше, но люксы в блоке из 4 - не стоят своих денег даже с максимальными скидками букинга. 3. В один из дней пропало отопление, позвонил на ресепшен, обещали за час починить, за час никто не пришёл. Позвонил ещё раз. Ещё через час пришёл сотрудник, начали что-то чинить за домом, обещал через пол часа. Через час починил и начал ходить по номеру что-то делать с батареями. Сказал сейчас будет тепло. Ещё через час батареи стали теплыми. Дом к этому моменту вымерз полностью и ещё часа три нагревался. Нам пришлось надеть на себя все что было и залезть под одеяла, наш кот дрожал от холода и тоже грелся под одеялом. Только к утру в домике стало снова достаточно тепло. 4. На следующий день пропала горячая вода в кране. Мы уже выселялись, поэтому не стали разбираться и требовать починить это, но как вишенка на торте после проблем с отоплением было прекрасно. 5. При заезде с животными берут 100 лари за "уборку" после домашних животных, но качество уборки до нас заставляет сомневаться в целесообразности этого налога. Волосы на полу, вековой слой пыли под диваном, разводы на стеклах. 6. Я предупреждал, что мы будем с котом и сотрудники должны закрывать двери - никто даже не пытался их закрыть когда приходили. Под диваном была химическая мышеловка, о которой нас не предупредили.
