Рядом с домом масса ресторанов, кафетерии и магазинов. в 5 минутах метро. По сравнению с гостиницами города за такую цену, номер просто огромный и большой ванной комнатой, душем и ванной!! Хозяйка - великолепна, все время пыталась, что-то улучшить и что-то предложить!! И на солнце есть пятна!! Но здесь не было!

• Theresa (10/5): Das Quartier ist für jeden, der nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum oder in einem Hotel wohnen muss, aber in einem ruhigen und - Die Dame des Hauses war wirklich durchwegs sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der kleine Garten, in dem wir unser zuvor ganz in der Nähe gekauftes Frühstück gegessen haben, ist ruhig und schattig und ideal um danach gut gestärkt in die Stadt aufzubrechen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses und der Zimmer ist modern und sehr liebevoll ausgewählt. Und mit den nahe gelegenen U-Bahnen ist die Anbindung gut.

• Anita (10/5): Welcoming and sunny villa, convenient and comfortable. Fabulous host. - Cecile is a friendly and welcoming host who offers a lovely home-like experience. Our room was bright and sunny in the day, and the blackout shutters were perfect at night for fixing jetlag! We were very convenient to CNRS, where I was working a couple of days, and to the subway for getting out and about. There are good restaurants in walking distance, and the place is set back off the street and quiet.

The hotel was just around the corner from a wonderful bakery as well as the metro. The Bois de Boulogne and the Seine are within walking distance.

Check in and host were excellent we were delayed and so in a rush and she quickly gave us all the help and info we needed. Excellent hospitality overall! The location was great for us as we were going to the stadium nearby and also a lovely 45 minute stroll along the river to the Eiffel tower.

The host was a pleasure to deal with. Metro is 2 minutes away, supermarkets and restaurants are very close by. This place deserves the high rating that it has on booking.com Everything was perfect.

• Richard (9/5): A lovely, gentile place to stay in the heart of the sophisticated 16th. - The location just off the rue d'Auteuil is perfect for accessing the urbane streets of the 16 arrondissement of Paris. The Villa appartment is lovely - spacious, bright and beautifully appointed. The only element that detracted from our enjoyment of the Villa is that the front door is secured by key which is held only by the proprietor so that we had to be let and out of the building each time. The proprietor was always available to open the door for us but if felt a little uncomfortable to have to ask every time.
