• Salvatore (6/5): - La posizione Materasso matrimoniale completamente inutilizzabile da un lato. Il terzo e quarto posto letto era un divano privo di materasso e si dormiva sullo schienale rovesciato e sulle sedute. I cuscini erano orribili.

• azar (10/5): Perfect stay in Budapest in the city - Beautiful apartments with great location and professional staff! The building needs repair, but the Units were nice!
• Ann (1/5): Shud be a hostel for student - Nothing. It was so horrible. The pics on ye re site was nothing like what it was. So disappointed with ye. We arrived after 9 30 in a dark street. Had no wi fi. But luckily we cud see their email. In hindsight pity we didn't see it and we could have left straight away. So entered a dark grubby hallway .no lights.we knew it was a first floor so we were going to take lift. Omg if you seen the old rickety lift and it was dark. My husband couldn't believe id booked this. So we climbed stairs and eventually found what we thought was apt. We entered the code but it wouldn't open. Really felt worried. Eventually a couple came along and they helped us .they were staying in opposite apt and said they couldn't get in for an hour. So we got in that can only be described as a prison cell . As outside was like a prison too. A double bed with 2 flimsy single duvets. A window that was taped up cudnt see out. Curtains falling down. There was a small window that faced into the shower? We couldn't work the heat . So was cold. I tried to book a hotel but couldn't get one til Sunday. We left early Sunday morning. We were there cos our daughter is there on Erasmus so stayed out with her until bed time. We are both working hard for 30 years and last time I will trust you. That place even reminded us to rem to return key and rate them . They have not got back to me since I told them truth

• Carolina (4/5): Excessivamente caro para o que entrega - Passamos uma noite no frio, sem aquecedor e nos foi informado que nao poderíamos trocar de apartamento. Depois de muita insistência, enviaram um técnico que informou que o aquecedor precisava ser trocado, algo que nao foi feito durante nossa estadia. Tivemos que ficar com um aquecedor funcionando muito mal no meio do inverno. Além disso, os lençóis eram muito pequenos, o cobertor era para o tamanho de um bebê. Nao tínhamos aquecedor e nem cobertores suficientes. O banheiro tinha um cheiro muito ruim e a máquina de lavar roupa nao tem funçao de secadora.

• Christos-Georgios (4/5): Απογοητευτικη, δε θα ξαναεκλεινα. - ΤΟ κρεβατι ανετο και το προσωπικο πολυ βοηθητικο αλλα μεσω τηλεφωνου. Επρεπε να αλλαξουμε 3 διαμερισματα. Το πρωτο η πορτα μπορουσε να πεσει μια ενα φυσημα. Το δευτερο μυριζε πολυ ασχημα λογω κακης καθαριοτητας και το τριτο ηταν ενα κανονικο διαμερισμα σαν αυτο που ειχα κρατησει.

• Botond (1/5): Nem várt vendégek - Az ajtót nyitó kártya nem működött miután felhívtam a megadott a számot a szállásnál mondta, hogy várjak egy kicsit jönnek az ügyfélszolgálattól nagy nehezen meg is érkezett egy úriember aki miután kétszer sikertelenül próbálta kinyitni a kártyaval az ajtót fogta magát és berúgta az ajtót, képet is szívesen csatook az elferdült zárról, ennek következtében az ajtót nem is lehetett teljesen bezárni, a megérkezés mondhatjuk nem sikerült zökkenőmentesen, erre jött a reggel éppen öltözködés közben Ádám kosztümben máig nem tudom, hogy ki de nagy lendülettel rám nyitott, majd hebegve-habogva távozott. Megesnek a problémák de részemről ilyen árkategóriaban kettő már több a soknál.
