- Holger (4/5): - Positiv Die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht uns (leider nur telefonisch) den Zugang bei Ankunft zu verschaffen, denn wir bekamen vorab keine Infos. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles Notwendige vorhanden. Negativ Die telefonische Kommunikation war sehr mühsam, da keine gemeinsame Sprache gesprochen wurde. Wir bekamen erst auf Anfrage, als wir schon vor der Türe standen, die Eincheckinfos. Dies war sehr stressig nach einer langen Anreise. Die anderen Kommentare wonach es eine ruhige Wohnung/Lage ist können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Die Wohnung und speziell das Schlafzimmer liegt direkt über dem großen schweren Eingangstor, welches immer sehr laut zugefallen ist, so daß ich jedesmal erchrocken bin. Tatsächlich gibt es ein Schlafzimmer und eine kleine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa. Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte, war aber sehr undicht. Der „Balkon“ ist ca 1 m breit und liegt direkt über der Straße.
