Izabella (10/5): Piękne mieszkanie aczkolwiek już do poprawek - Obiekt nowy. Urządzony nowocześnie. Wszystko nowe. Sprzęty nowe. Naczynia nowe. Pościel czyściutka. Biała. Materac wygodny. Instrukcja dostania się od bramy do samego mieszkania była czytelna. W dwóch z trzech sypialni garderoba, a także na korytarzu przy drzwiach. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Blisko do centrum Starówki. Samo znalezienie właściwej bramy było dla nas trudne. Nr kamienicy to 72c . Bram do tej kamienicy jest kilka. O czym nie wiedziałam. Oznaczone są zakresem mieszkań od do. Sama kamienica jest bardzo rozległa/wieloskrzydłowa. Znalezienie właściwego wejścia zajęło chwilę. Wszystko jest nowe, ale suszarka do włosów jest tak stara i zużyta, że strach ją było włączyć. Wg mnie stanowi zagrożenie. Łazienka pięknie urządzona, ale ta słuchawka prysznicowa o średnicy max 10 cm to jakieś nieporozumienie. Przerost formy nad treścią. W toalecie szafka rozklejona/spuchnięta od wody i brak osłony plastikowej od spłuczki. W kuchni krzesła plastikowe. Jedno miało pęknięte oparcie. I strach było go używać przed dalszym uszkodzeniem. A ponadto apartament wynajęty dla 6 osób, a tylko 5 krzeseł. W opisie mieszkania jest, że w dwóch sypialniach są łóżka jedynki ,a tym czasem były to rozkładane sofy. W jednej z sypialni nie było żadnego stolika nocnego. Lampka nocna stoi na parapecie. Daleko od łóżka i co absurdalne kabel nie sięgał kontaktu. Na gładziach w wielu miejscach pęknięcia. Express to kawy jest . Nowoczesny w zabudowie, ale do prądu niepodłączony. Brak klimatyzacji. Nam akurat nie była potrzebna, ale w wakacje… nie wyobrażam sobie. Mieszkanie ma bardzo duże przeszklenia . Z doświadczenia wiem, że takie pomieszczenia i na piętrze bardzo szybko się nagrzewają. Mieszkanie generalnie dobrze posprzątane, ale zauważyłam mnóstwo okruchów i kurzu w przestrzeni między poduchami na kanapie w salonie. No nie fajne to było. Mieszkanie super zainwestowane na początku na bogato , ale widać, że teraz nikt się nim z inwestorów nie interesuje. Daje wysoką ocenę mimo wielu mankamentów, ponieważ nie miały one istotnego wpływu na moją ogólną ocenę . W interesie inwestorów, ale i gości jest wzięcie tych spostrzeżeń pod uwagę.
