• pierrecoenegrachts (9/5): Un mini séjour...impérial ;-) - Accueil, confort de la chambre et de la literie, calme et situation dans la ville. Le diner et le choix sur la carte étaient très bien. Difficulté de s'arrêter devant l'hotel ou à l'entrée du porche pour débarquer les babages. Parking à proximité mais non couvert. Service au bar un peu lent.
• Bruno (9/5): - Die Nähe zum Schloss war super angenehm. Die Sitzgelegenheit des Zimmers war einladend. Zudem verfügte das Zimmer über einen separaten Radio. Das Frühstück war in der Norm. Das Hotel verfügt über keine eigenen Parkplätze, allerdings ist dies mit der nahen öffentlichen Parkgarage und der Ticketreduktion gut gelöst.
• karen (8/5): Make sure you get the delux room or higher. Make sure they put you in it. Then enjoy this great place and delicious food - The chef and staff were very accommodating and helpful. Its a beautiful place. We were put in a room (superior) anything but superior. I saw on my paperwork that I paid for a “delux” room. They moved us. It was a pain to repack up and if I didnt catch the mistake I would have stayed 2 nights in a inferior room. I dont get why they made that mistake. The toom we ended up in was very nice. Just check their work

• Audrey (6/5): - The Hotel de Cayove is well located, and in a lovely building with nice views of the castle park. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The bedding (sheets, pillows) are clearly of very low quality, and the rooms feel quite tight. The hotel is nice, but the price feels too expensive for the quality of the bedrooms. Additionally, the restaurant has unfortunately downgraded since the last time we visited. The hotel would benefit from focusing on higher quality food and services to justify the price points.

L'accueil était charmant mais quelque peu inexpérimenté. Lits moyennement confortables. Beaucoup d'attente au restaurant.

Chambre bien isolée et très confortable. Parking de proximité. Le lit n'était pas aussi ferme qu'attendu et l'acccès pour déposer les bagages n'est pas facile. Il vous faudra marcher un peu mais c'est comme cela quasiment partout lorsque l'on séjourne en ville.

La suite était parfaite de l’eau dans le frigo des petits bonbons, salle de bain, grande spacieuse, baignoire, douche, toilette tout tiller parfait. Le restaurant italien est très bon le petit déjeuner est parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir rapport qualité prix au top. Rien à voir avec l’hôtel du jour d’avant où on a bien compris que Napoléon avait perdu la guerre à Waterloo. Merci encore de nous avoir si bien reçu dans votre établissement. Au plaisir de revenir. Kamers ok in de zomer moet het aangenaam zijn om op het terras te kunnen ontbijten! koffiemachine in de ontbijtzaal is niet zo praktisch, toch niet voor ons

Même pas au niveau d'un 3 étoiles. La direction n'a pas donné suite a notre réclamation malgré notre relance. Le mépris ou le silence de la direction est en dessous de la qualité de traitement attendue d'un 4 étoiles. Préférez le Napoléon pour ne pas être déçu.

• Tania (6/5): A lovely hotel, we felt very welcome but the standards were not there. - Just a few steps away from the Castle and Town centre. A contemporary design and bathed in light with numerous windows and internal patio. A good restaurant and friendly staff. VERY POOR management. Dirty towels left in bathroom discovered upon our check in. No dressing gown or slippers despite a superior room until we requested. We then discovered that there wasn’t even mattress cover! What about the hygiene? Door key not working on two consecutive days. A broken bedside light and a broken bedside drawer which rather than being repaired had been blocked with a screw which was half sticking out and a danger. We requested breakfast in our bedroom. There was no menu or any assistance as to what we could order. When it arrived there was nothing to put on the pancakes and no sugar for the coffee. The hotel has the most enormous potential but is not managed to the level expected. The staff charming but junior and clearly not trained to the correct level. A true shame not to ensure that it meets expectations for a 4 star hotel.
