• Damir (7/5): - Расположение хорошее,из персонала могу выделить только горничную,которая очень хорошо делает свою работу, общительная,убирает все хорошо. Отель чистый,но староват, канализация плохо уходила,вся вода лилась по полу,пришлось ночью мыть самим полы ,чтобы соседей снизу не затопить. Завтраки скучные,однообразные,за 4 дня пребывания давали одно и тоже, 1 вареное яйцо,на двоих маленький салат(на одного так же давали),2 гренки,и остальное состояло из маленьких мисочек с шоколадной пастой,оливок, и варенья))

• Imed (1/5): Very bad experience - There is no Palmiye Suites Hotel the name of the hotel was changed to Mien suites without informing customers. Also, the Booking service not informing me for that. I have passed more than 2 hours to find the hotel the entrance to the hotel reception from a restaurant on the ground floor and the hotel reception seems to be a store (below photos of the reception). The receptionist is arrogant and uncooperative. To my surprise, when I gave him the booking confirmation for a family room (2 adults and 2 children) he told me no I have a room for 2 adults only. I was obliged to cancel my booking and look another hotel on Booking.com that I have confidence in (Vicenza hotel). I spend 800 TL for a taxi to reach the hotel and took another taxi to change hotel for 300 Tl. Very bad experience at Mien Suites ...... The receptionist who is a non professional and arrogant person.

Even when I booked the hotel on Booking.com, the location was completely different when I arrived." Everything was bad. The hotel entrance is inside a restaurant, I enter the restaurant then go upstairs to reach the hotel. It's the first time in my life I've seen a hotel like this.

The responded to our needs fast and efficient. Easy access to the airport by highway. we paid only 1200 TL from the hotel to Istanbul Int'l Airport The size of the corridor and the elevator was small but the location was exceptional and 10 steps away from Taksim street

• Maarten (8/5): Prima plek, metro op 10 min lopen, vriendelijk personeel. 24 uur servies. - Locatie, de rustige ligging geen geluiden in de hotelkamer. Een achter kamer. Douch deur was weg. Badkamer was niet echt goed schoon. Raam keer uit op een binnen trap.
• Muhammed (3/5): Bad overall - Only the location The hospitality, the staff attitude, the air conditioning is not working and no one tried to fix it during my stay, I extended 2 more days through the app, but i was taken to another worse hotel very small room same no air conditioning every thing is broken i stayed for one night, then i was brought back. Overall bad hotel No one helps yhis issue of air conditioning and i was transferred to a terrible room. Nobody cared.

• houssaina (5/5): - Die Lage Fenster vom Zimmer war kaputt. Das Personal wusste schon davon. Frühstück keine große Auswahl, Wasser nur nach Nachfrage. Und kein Saft. Badetücher waren im Zimmer entweder zu wenig oder gar nicht im Zimmer. Nach Nachfrage habe ich sonst es bekommen. Nur an einem Tag gab es gar keine Tücher.

• Ambia (3/5): This is not a hotel. It’s a room on top of a restaurant. Staff was good. The room had a window but a wall on the other - The room was clean. I didn’t know it was a rooms on top of a restaurant. I don’t know whether you can call it a hotel but it’s certainly not a conventional hotel.
• Hisham (10/5): For me it was excellent choice to stay in Taksim - Perfect location our room was spacious with amazing view Nice breakfast Friendly and helpful staff specially Bakzit we called the reception when we were close to the hotel, he came immediately and helped with the luggage by himself
• Sadok (7/5): Great taksim placement, no room view - The hotel is inside a bar/coffee shop or whatever is called, so it was hard to locate even using google maps, and i only found the hotel after a whatsapp call with the receptionist. For a 3 start hotel, it's all good. Stuff barely speak english, room is spacious and comfortable (shower not bath). The only thing that pissed me is no view, i had 4 walls outside my window and no view at all.
