LETICIA (9/5): CONFORTABLE - EL LUGAR ES HERMOSO. EL AGUA PARA BAÑARSE SALIA CASI FRIA Y SE LES OLVIDÓ PONERNOS TOALLAS, PAPEL Y COBIJAS, PASAMOS LA NOCHE UN POCO COMPLICADA. SE DISCULPARON Y EN COMPENSACIÓN NOS DIERON UNAS ENTRADAS PARA EL BOSQUE DE LAS TRUCHAS. EL CAMINO PARA LLEGAR ES DE TERRACERÍA CON MUCHA PIEDRA Y LAS CABAÑAS ESTAN ALEJADAS.

alexis (5/5): Bonito pero faltó lo importante - Muy cómodo y bonito. Personal muy amable y atento en cualquier momento. Falta de muchos detalles: - sin vasos ni platos en la cabaña - muy poca leña contemplando que es periodo invernal se tiene que prever más por las temperaturas, la carga duro 1h . Se tuvo que pedir una carga extra de leña con costo adicional (lo cual con más leña inicialmente tal vez no hubiera sido necesario) - hemos tenido muchas dificultades con el agua caliente, pues hemos rentado con Jacuzzi el cual no se pudo prácticamente disfrutar porque no se tenía suficiente agua caliente. - el cancel de la regadera filtra agua dejando el baño con el piso mojado después de bañarse - no se tienen toallas extra, lo ideal teniendo una habitación con jacuzzi es tener un par para el jacuzzi y otro para bañarse - tuvimos que solicitar cobertores extra, en esta temporada son necesarios para pasar la noche (3 grados afuera) - el hidromasaje del jacuzzi no funcionaba

López (9/5): Hermoso lugar para pasar una estancia de tranquilidad con una bonita vista, comfortable. - Muy hermoso lugar, las instalaciones muy modernas y cuentan con todo lo necesario para pasar una agradable estancia. En recepción atentos a lo que necesites. Recomiendo llevar tus alimentos y bebidas ya que no hay muchas opciones por allá. El jacuzzi tarda en llenarse, pero programandolo con tiempo es razonable la espera, ya que es un lugar que cuida los recursos. En mi habitación había pequeñas ranitas, no hacían nada, solo tenerlo en cuenta porque te pueden sorprender. No hay calefacción y en la noche sí refresca bastante, llevar cobijas o un pequeño calentador eléctrico.

cap dalprod (9/5): Experiencia muy agradable, - Fuimos recibidos de la mejor manera. El personal siempre fue atento a nuestras necesidades y pudo resolver todas nuestras dudas. El diseño de las cabañas podría ser mejor en términos de aislamiento térmico y de exposición al sol.
