• Agnieszka (8/5): - Małe mieszkanko z wszystkim co potrzeba. Miejsce położone w lokalnym miejscu, a nawet bardzo,.ponieważ trzeba wejść na prywatne podwórko aby się do niego dostać. Blisko do sklepów. W innych komentarzach, napisane było, że ciężko je znaleźć, totalnie nie mieliśmy z tym problemu, właściciel wysłał bardzo dokładne instrukcje wraz z mapą i filmem. Łazienka i kuchnia wymaga odświeżenia.

• Samuel (8/5): Small and cozy, close to the airport and Mactan Newtown - Everything was clean, the room has all you need. It is a compact unit, so I would not recommend it for more than two people. Overall a good value for money though, it was ideal for an overnight stay before our flight. The bathroom door doesn’t close unless it’s locked. There were lots of mosquitoes inside when we arrived. The location can be perceived as a bit sketchy. I felt it was OK, but my girlfriend did not feel 100% safe there.

• Maryna (8/5): - Clean apartments close to the airport. The apartments are located inside a courtyard and were easy to find with video instruction. We really liked that there was no road noise, so we were able to get a good night’s sleep before a long flight. We also really enjoyed the design. Unfortunately there was no window, but it’s was not a big problem for 1 stay 😊

• lise (10/5): was inlove with this unit, close to everything from resort,beaches,mcdonalds,jollybee,laundramat,message spa and nail an - it was a very cute and well thought out space with all the amedity needed theres a few rust and wear and tare but only monor, walking to property may seem a little wierd going through peoples backyard but you will get use to it and feel like a local by the end

Do not be scared of the local area as a foreigner, u will be surprised about the kind and friendly locals. Get yourself a real Filipino experiance away from all this shiny condos u will Not miss any comfort. Absolutly recommended
• Helmut (5/5): A nice but windowless apartment. - Room 1: The pre arrival information that was sent to me was very informative, professional and inviting. The place is a short walk away from shops and restaurants. The apartment is surrounded by picturesque ramshackle houses. The interior decoration and the outside color of the building are very nice. A good, silent AC. Good electric outlets for US and European plugs. Good lighting with lots of different choices of light. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was of good quality. Room 1: The very bad thing about the apartment is that it has NO window !! It felt like a bunker !! Even at noon it was so dark in the room that it needed electric light. If I would have known that there is no window I would not have booked this place. The other negative side is that there is a bunk bed. That means that right above the bed where I was sleeping, was a sort of a roof, creating a claustrophobic feel. Overall it was quite small. The little outdoor space in front of the room could not really be used due to the lack of chairs and because the exterior of the AC was blowing hot air. The taxi ride to the airport still takes 20 -25 minutes so if you want to be really close to the airport this is not the best option.

• Revv (10/5): Reliable Wi-Fi & Perfect Location - Had a smooth and hassle-free stay! The internet was fast and stable, which was great for work and streaming. The location made everything easy—close to restaurants, shops, and just a quick trip to the airport.
