• Lucy (1/5): If you want to stay somewhere where it looks like squatters have been in, stay here! - We could not stay here, this apartment is disgusting! we had to find alternative accommodation. we have asked for a refund and have just been ignored! Filthy! curtains on the floor, curtain poles hanging off, ice on the windows due to broken window seals. grease all over the kitchen, muck and grime everywhere, no rails in the wardrobe. cobwebs everywhere. Unsafe front door. Floorboards coming up.

• Charles (3/5): dont bother spend your money elsewhere - The location is good and the landlord is responsive everything else, to put it mildly, it was uninhabitable First of all the apartment is basically false advertising because the place doesn't look like the picture. The stairs leading up to the place are unsafe, cracked and creaked. On entering there is a strong smell of a dead animal or refuse that has not been sorted for months. The Window is cracked and broken and thus can't fully close so expect a cold night. The walls are cracked and covered with cellotape . The sockets are also covered with tape and could shock someone. The bed is very thin and not even thick enough to sleep on comfortably . Overall the house is dirty, unsafe, a hazard and a health risk . I will try to attach pictures if booking.com lets me. We called the landlord and told him everything about but he said just stay there and we will like it and was not keen on a refund
• Kavanagh (6/5): Great location but the flat was a bit run down - The location. It’s spacious with two double bedrooms. No hot water. The beds are incredibly hard. Everything is a bit run down. There are TV’s in every room but couldn’t get the one in my bedroom to work and the one in the lounge wouldn’t show any of the channels we selected, such as BBC1. The wardrobe in the room I stayed in had a broken travel cot in it and no bar to hang anything on.
