sofia (9/5): Semana de turismo! - El edificio es super nuevo y las instalaciones están impecables, la piscina es hermosa,pero es de agua fría aunque como es cerrada al darle el sol todo el dia es tibia,super agradable, el lugar cuenta con lavandería que bajandote una app de omo podes lavar la ropa por un costo accesible, se ubica cerca de la playa asi que eso es una ventaja. No nos gustó que cuando vimos el aviso nos decía que estaba en meia praia ubicado y en realidad esta en la entrada a itapema si venis desde porto belo, el lugar nos encantó pero no nos pareció justo que no dijiera la dirección exacta del lugar, igual pasamos muy lindo,pero seria mejor que estuviese exacta la dirección.

Áreas comum de fácil acesso, com piscina ampla, porém com a profundidade pequena. Garagem com bom espaço. Movimentação dos elevadores em períodos de maior movimento é limitada por ser apenas dois em funcionamento e pequeno.

O apartamento é novinho, conta com 2 Splitz que funcionam muito bem e a cozinha com eletrodomésticos novos, um excelente banho com cama e sofá bem Confortáveis Os elevadores do prédio são insuficientes para a quantidade de hóspedes, apenas 2 em funcionamento e são pequenos, comportando poucas pessoas e na sexta um ainda estragou dificultando muito a entrada e saída pois estávamos no 13 andar então as escadas não eram uma opção viável. O vaso sanitário do banheiro também foi um ponto negativo, o espaço do banheiro é enorme porém o vaso sanitário foi colocado em uma posição que mal entram as pernas quando se senta nele, uma dificuldade. A cama também está mal posicionada pois ficou contra 2 paredes dificultando o acesso, qdo duas pessoas dormem nela.

Der Empfangsbereich des Gebäudes ist nur für Eigentümer zugänglich, alle anderen Gäste haben nur über die Garage Zugang. Handtücher waren fleckig oder schmutzig. Die Seife im Badezimmer war leer. Der Kühlschrank war nicht sauber. Man bezahlt aber viel vorab für die Reinigung. / When entering or leaving the garage, or inside it, you inevitably bump the bumper against the floor. The reception area of the building is only accessible to owners; all other guests can only access it via the garage. Towels were stained or dirty. The soap in the bathroom was empty. The refrigerator was not clean. However, you pay a lot in advance for cleaning. / Ao entrar ou sair, ou mesmo dentro da garagem, é inevitável bater com o para-choque no chão. A área de recepção do edifício é acessível apenas aos proprietários, todos os outros hóspedes só têm acesso através da garagem. As toalhas estavam manchadas ou sujas. PABLO (8/5): - O apto é bem novinho!! Não é poucos passo da praia e sim uns 300 metros..porque tem que mudar de rua umas duas vezes
Veroadvsp (6/5): Ar condicionado quebrado e chuveiro sem manopla - Gostei da estrutura do edifício que conta com academia e piscina coberta aquecida. Os 2 ar condicionado do apto estavam sem gás. Passamos muito calor,.O que fez que ficássemos o menor tempo possível no apto. Quando chegamos, apos o check-out as 15h (muito tarde diga-se de passagem), nao havia manopla para abrir o chuveiro. Pedimos ajuda a funcionária da limpeza que estava no apto ao lado. Apos um tempo trouxeram uma que ficou sendo utilizada de forma temporária. Mas que caía no chao do chuveiro durante o banho. Nao houve conserto e o contato da Seazone foi impaciente e grosseiro em nossa comunicação. A cama extremamente dura e o apto estava com uma limpeza bem superficial.

Tatiana (10/5): Super recomendable!! - Nos alojamos con mi papá y mi hermana. Los anfitriones Wilnei y Samantha nos recibieron con mucha alegría, amabilidad, se mostraron muy serviciales y atentos. El departamento está muy bien equipado, el diseño en su interior es maravilloso, cada detalle del lugar está pensado puntualmente. La cocina está equipada para que puedas cocinar lo que desees, cuenta con buena variedad de ollas y electrodomésticos. También cuenta con un balcón y un lugar de estar con sillones y mesa al aire libre. Es súper cómodo y espacioso. Y los espacios comunes del edificio son hermosos para disfrutar. Muy agradecidos: Roberto, Fiamma y Tatiana. La verdad, superó nuestras expectativas, quedamos sorprendidos al llegar... no tenemos nada negativo para decir.
