- Viktoria (5/5): Overall, the stay was okay, but appartment smell and traveler support need improvement. - Clean and well situated Appartement had a noticeable smell, which was unpleasant and required regular airing out. Customer service for travelers was also quite inconvenient and could be much improved. Check-in and check-out arrangements lacked flexibility, there was confusion about the check-out time, and the owner only offered earlier check-in for an extra fee or in exchange for a positive review, which felt inappropriate. We were also not allowed to leave luggage after check-out and no alternatives were suggested, which made things difficult.
