• vanel (10/5): EXCELLENT. MERCI. - Garage dans l'immeuble. Pas très éloigné des transports en commun (10 mn à pieds). Immeuble neuf, bien sécurisé et calme à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Confort maximal dans le logement. Hôte avenant et disponible. Générosité très appréciable dans la dotation du logement en produits essentiels de cuisine, produits d'hygiène et produits ménagers. À ranger dans la catégorie des hôtes qui, au delà du critère de rentabilité, privilégie également la satisfaction de bien recevoir. Si nous devions revenir sur Paris, nous saurions où nous poser. À minima, nous pouvons le recommander avec conviction. Nous, gens du Sud, nous mangeons la salade à l'ail. Au cas où nous reviendrions, quelle serait notre joie de trouver un presse-ail! (MDR, mais quand même).

• Mei Ki Maggie (10/5): Really nice accommodation in Paris - The apartment is decorated to a very high standard. The facilities feel high end. The apartment block is relatively new and modern and seems to be located in an affluent area. Everything needed was provided. It would be better if the bedroom has a lock so that I don't need the bathroom to change clothes.

• Christian (10/5): - Appartement moderne, lumineux, au calme et à proximité du RER du Parc Saint Maur accessible à pied en 8 minutes. A 25-30 minutes du centre de Paris par le RER, cela constitue un avantage pour visiter la capitale ou venir y travailler. Le parking est un plus appréciable.

Son emplacement proche de la mairie à pied ainsi que ses facilités de stationnement avec une place de parking possible. Et pour terminer, l’excellent accueil du propriétaire et sa disponibilité ( avec de l’eau fraîche dans le réfrigérateur et un gros sac de bonbons à notre arrivée !) Rien

• Alisa (10/5): Great property, ideal for a family - Incredibly friendly host who speaks great English. We arrived later than expected, due to traffic, but Ronan still came out to meet us at the property late in the evening, bringing flowers and sweets. The property is well decorated (in a vintage modern style), spacious and very clean. The area has some tasty cafes and patisseries, and a few vibrant bars. The RER is a short walk away, connecting you directly to Paris. Bonuses include the free secure parking and the great WiFi. We would definitely recommend staying here and will book again on our next visit to Paris.
