• Felicio (6/5): - a localização é boa. o estado do apartamento. apesar de não estar sujo mas tinha várias coisas que pareciam ter sido acabadas a pressa. como por exemplo alguns fios que facilmente as crianças podiam puxare as janelas do topo estavam tapadas com plástico.

They told me that we couldn’t enter without both documents. I then said that it would be only me, but even so, I wasn’t able to check in or go to the apartment I had rented. They said they would cancel the reservation, but they didn’t cancel it and I didn’t receive any refund. In other words, I paid, but they didn’t allow me to use the service.

На час нашого перебування в будинку був ремонт і проблеми з теплою водою. Власник охоче спілкується і допомагає, але коли у тебе все сплановано не дуже хочеться витрачати час на зайві клопоти.

The place also hasa kitchenette where you can reheat, cook your own meal. There is no wifi and a table where you can eat but it is totally fine.

Estaba todo sucio, no tuvimos wifi ni agua caliente en toda la estancia, había moho y humedad por todas las paredes, experiencia horrible, por no hablar que tuvimos una gotera en la habitación y se inundo y mojo toda la habitación.

• Giada (1/5): Very bad experience – I do not recommend this place. - We arrived one day late due to our flight, but even with the extra time the room was still dirty when we checked in. After it was cleaned, we discovered several serious problems: the room was freezing because the heating didn’t work, there was no hot water so we couldn’t take a shower, and there was visible mold on the walls. On top of that, we got stuck inside the room for about 30 minutes because the door was old and broken. We have photos and videos of everything. The property did not reply to our messages and offered no help at all. This stay was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Irei repetir sempre que for a Londres e o alojamento estiver disponível. - Gostei da localização numa área residencial pouco movimentada, com parque muito perto e também junto à estação do metro com acessos rápidos para todo o lado. O apartamento tem dimensões generosas e está bem equipado, com frigorífico, fogão, micro-ondas, cafeteira elétrica, etc, Não havia acesso à internet.
• Barbara (1/5): nagyon rossz - Semmi, hiszen el se foglaltuk a szállást, arra hivatkoztak, hogy gázszivárgás van a lakásban.Késő este 10:45-kor kellett uj szállást keresnünk és fizetni egy másik szállásért amikor 56 Longridge House Kensington ki volt fizetve! Visszautalást azóta se kaptunk! Megkárosítottak minket! Semmi nem tetszett mert nem is láttunk belőle semmit sem, mivel nem fogadtak minket!

• Brenda bb luz (10/5): Wonderful, and I already miss it. - WASSAM is a wonderful host, always available whenever you need him. Just call him, just send a message, and he fulfills your needs and requests. I spent two incredible weeks in this wonderful place, in a marvelous location close to everything. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The apartment was large for one person, as it was just me, very spacious and pleasant with a view of the garden. I will definitely return and recommend Aura Stays. local service and comfort

ER IS IEMAND BIJ OMS BINNEN GEWEEST EN HEEFT KLEDING GESTOLEN!! de host is bijna niet te bereikem. Beantwoord geen vragen en is alleen aan het eind actief. Omdat hij de sleutels wilde hebben, belds opeens tot 6 x toe. Het is een zeer treurige omgeving, slecht onderhouden flat en de host is dramatisch. STERK AF TE RADE !

• Monika (1/5): Wystrzegać się!!!!! - Nic Przyjechałam z rodziną (2 dzieci) w mieszkaniu 3 okna nie miały możliwości blokady (można je było otworzyć) a do okoła budynku było rusztowanie. Drzwi można było z łatwością otworzyć podważając zamek z zewnątrz. Było to zgłoszone właścicielowi z prośbą o zmianę obiektu na bezpieczny. Niestyczny brak reakcji przez dłuższą chwilę. Zdecydowaliśmy się wyjść na chwilę do sklepu (po długim dniu podróży trzeba coś zjeść) nie było nas 40 minut. Po powrocie stwierdziliśmy ze nas okradziono. Zgłosiłam to właścicielom, powiedzieli że sprawdzą na kamerach. Zarządzałam zmiany mieszkania (niestety nie mieli innego) Po dłuższym oczekiwaniu sama wezwałam policję (mam numer referencyjny z policji) Po jakimś czasie przyjechał policja i rekomendowała zmianę mieszkania ponieważ nie było tam bezpiecznie. Spisali wszystko co nam zginęło a my na własną rękę zabezpieczyliśmy tymczasowo mieszkanie (ponieważ było już 12 w nocy) a z 2 dzieci nie będę się jeszcze tułała po Londynie. Rano o 8.30 opuściliśmy lokal, pisałam (na Whatsapp i TO BYŁ MÓJ BŁĄD) z właścicielami o zwrot pieniędzy ponieważ musiałam zarezerwować inne bezpieczne mieszkanie. Napisano mi że będą procesować zwrot środków. Niestyczne po dziś dzień nie otrzymałam pieniędzy a oni nie poczuwają się do winy. PRZESTRZEGAM PRZED WYNAJMEM OD TEJ FIRMY. W tym momencie zapłaciłam podwójnie (oni mieli pusty lokal a ja musiałam zarezerwować inny)!!!!

• Marcos david (1/5): NO OS ALOJÉIS AQUÍ , es una total vergüenza - HORRIBLE NO OS ALOJÉIS AQUÍ ,muy insatisfecho, decepcionado y enfadado con el alojamiento que reservé, en primer lugar , el apartamento no era igual al de la foto que yo reservé , en el anuncio se puede apreciar como era una habitación separada y resultó ser un apartamento con doble altura pero sin habitación , en segundo lugar es un punto inaceptable ya que la casa está en un estado ASQUEROSO , estaba todo increíblemente sucio ( las paredes , el suelo , las ventanas , las sábanas , el baño ) había un increíble olor a humedad y a pintura en toda el apartamento y además de ello la ventana estaba rota y no se podía abrir más de 15 cm y además tenía que poner algo para sujetarla ya que no se sujetaba por sí sola , estaba todo lleno de polvo , la fachada del apartamento estaba en obras por lo que no podíamos abrir las puertas para que entrase luz ya que no teníamos intimidad por los obreros y los ruidos . Hay más puntos que tratar que me parecen inaceptables como el hecho de que la puerta de la calle estaba rota y cualquiera podría entrar , de hecho el segundo día había un hombre que estaba intentando abrir nuestra puerta ( se excusó diciendo que estaba buscando su habitación ) ese mismo último día , a las 5 de la madrugada había otra persona haciendo algo en la puerta de nuestro apartamento y haciendo mucho ruido haciendo imposible que pudiéramos dormir , para terminar , éramos 4 y solo nos pusieron 2 toallas , además el segundo día no salía casi agua para poder asearnos , me parece una vergüenza y voy a aportar pruebas de todo
