Noel (10/5): Cozy clean boutique style hotel. - Great location close to everything, food, retail stores, transportation all of it was walkable. The internet was reliable, the room was comfortable and clean and the hot shower was a plus. The staff was kind and attentive. And Lix Hotel had a boutique feel to its vibe. Well there was construction at the building beside the Lix Hotel but that was not their fault. It's a good place if you're a digital nomad and need a clean comfortable place to stay in Surigao City.

Staff were loud, gossiping and scrolling frequently in the reception and dining area, with next to no consideration of guests, particularly in the morning. Just generally unprofessional and offered close to zero hospitality. We had frequented Lix 4-5 times to date, and unfortunately won't be coming back again.

Too bad the facility was owned by a doctor but the facility was dirty and smelled bad - It was within the stores like watsons and 711 The shower was rusty, the water smelled The bed had a plastic beneath, they dint change our linens and towels, there were insects. They did not clean our room even if we asked for it PLUS the staff were RUDE and unhelpful

Andoy (9/5): its nice, cozy and budget friendly but housekeeping should be done everyday. - it is accessible to all except the big mall. it is also accessible to where my seminar venue is. i can go back to my room after taking lunch and lie down for a bit. housekeeping is not every day. it would have been better if the room had been cleaned every day.

ARNO (10/5): I would recommend staying here again, for the price absolutely worth it! - Excellent customer service, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Aircon in the room worked beautifully! Breakfeast was delicious and prepared excellently! Netflix didn’t work as the TV requires an update.
