• pathmanaban (3/5): location was great the unit was disppointing. - Direct & Honest Unfortunately, my stay at Designer Suite Kuala Lumpur at Arte Cheras by HCK was very disappointing. The staff lacked basic communication skills and were unable to communicate in English, which made even simple matters difficult. Parking was a major issue — only one parking space is provided, and this is not clearly stated on the booking page, which is misleading. The condition of the unit was poor. The bed frames were broken, cleanliness was unacceptable with dust everywhere, and overall maintenance was clearly neglected. To make matters worse, the door cannot be locked from the inside, which raised serious safety and privacy concerns. This property does not meet basic expectations and needs significant improvement in maintenance, cleanliness, and staff training.

• Chin (2/5): - The listing stated that there are two bathrooms, however upon arrival we found that only one toilet is equipped with a proper shower head. The second toilet only has a bidet, which is not suitable for showering. There were a total of 10 guests staying, but only one usable shower, which is very unreasonable. On top of that, the shower with the shower head has very low water pressure, making it extremely uncomfortable and time-consuming to shower. It took a very long time for everyone to take turns, which greatly affected our stay. Additionally, the bathroom with the shower head is connected to the living room and a bedroom, but the door handle facing the living room is broken, causing inconvenience and lack of privacy. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience, and the actual facilities do not match the description provided.
