• Franziska (1/5): Es war die schlimmste Unterkunft, in der ich lange war. - Die Unterkunft war sehr dreckig und hat gestunken. Das Bett war durchgebrochen. Die Schränke voller Kakerlaken und unordentlich. Das Bett war am Rand verschimmelt. Der Kühlschrank wurde wohl ausgesteckt und ist im Wohnbereichsboden ausgelaufen. Ich kann es nicht weiterempfehlen.

• Loreta (1/5): Disappointed - May money was not refunded . I made the reservation it was okayed and then later they texted me that they canceled the reservation because they can’t accommodate us . After looking for another place they texted me again that they can accommodate us . I’m expecting that I can refund my money but they didn’t.

• Alexis Mae (4/5): Uncomfortable, noisy, lacking basic amenities, lots of cockroach - The bldg itself is decent, clean, with many stores nearby. We were put in Shore 2 tower 1, with the room right next to one being remodeled. Please check with the host before booking. No toaster or kettle, no extra bed sheets and blankets for the daybed, provided that I booked for 4 people. The day we arrived I asked to be moved to a different unit because of the deafening drilling going on right next to the unit but we were told we can move after 2 days, I asked to just have our stay cut short because of all the inconvenience and get a refund but they offered then to move us. On the 4th night we came back with cockroaches running around the unit and right there and then we just left the property with 3 more nights left. Clarify with the host what the condition of this unit is before booking.

• Dr Khalid (5/5): - Price The location of the property was way different than what was on booking.com which made a lot complications. Also, the property bed was broken and nail were protruding from the bed which enjoured and forced us to leave early morning.

• Estela (7/5): It's ok for a few nights in Manila. - Near restaurants. Room not big enough for my own requirement.
• Rita (5/5): Did not enjoy the messiness and the waiting for host. Room was not up to cleanliness expectations. - only location was good. This is not a hotel room. Host tried to be friendly, but getting moved around tenants in the same night was not something needed at 7pm after a long flight with a toddler that needed to sleep. None of them seemed to have a direct answer as to why a one bedroom was adverstised in this specific tower, then we are told we need to move to another. False advertisement. then they suggested we take the 2 bedroom, which is more expensive in the same tower. These are private owners renting out their flats. They try to quickly get you in and done and do not really care about meeting the quality of what they advertised they are offering.
• Robert (6/5): - The location was great, close to shops and so many options to eat walking distance Air-conditioning was extremely poor, couldn't keep room cool enough. Lack of accessories like no strainer for rice, washing machine but no rack to dry clothes and when put on hangers on balcony security were at my door within minutes, no brush or scourer to do dishes so had to buy along with washing liquid so hopefully still there for others. The day I checked in I was early and happy to pay the extra charged but left phone in room and locked out for w hrs because owner had no registered me with management so they had no record of me being in that room. Floors were not clean to what you would expect when checking in. The bed was ordinary also
