Friederike (1/5): Bad - When we arrived at the property we immediately noticed it had a strange smell. We quickly realised the flat has a humidity problem and a lot of mould. The bathroom was especially bad with active, colourful mold and the ceiling in the shower peeling off. There was also a very strange, thick layer of something inside the toilet. There was also a very, very bad smell coming from the drain in the shower. We could not stay in the property and had to book alternative accommodation. We have been trying to request a refund through the booking costumer service but they cannot process a refund because they are being ignored by the property.
