The bathroom was clean and there was a kitchen to use which was nice. The location is quite good, only a few minutes from the Mount Dennis station or bus. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was facing the street so the noise from traffic was quite loud even during night.

• Muzaffar (9/5): - I had a wonderful two-night stay at this cozy place. The room was exactly as advertised, with everything I needed for a short trip. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the host was a fantastic person. We had a great chat about everything. There’s a large shared kitchen for tenants, and the bathroom is shared with another room, but I didn’t have a neighbor during my stay. There’s also a Supercoffee cafe (just a five-minute walk away) where you can grab a sandwich, salad, or coffee. Mount Dennis station is nearby, so you can easily get to downtown or the airport. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a short-term stay or a holiday getaway.

• The Freest Agent (9/5): Recommended for anyone looking to vacation in Toronto on a budget - A major selling point for me was that it was within walking distance from the Mount Dennis train station along the UP Express line. In addition to that, the host was very friendly and helpful, and made my stay as pleasant as possible. Would have liked a hand towel in the washroom.

(inofficial). Really nice running nearby - you can run along the river to the lake!

• Marcus (9/5): - - Good Location, right down the road from Mt Dennis station which was very nice - Very friendly owner, explained everything, including the parking situation very clearly. - Clean facilities, no complaints about the room and bathroom. Kitchen downstairs if you want to cook, though I didn't. - Parking is a little bit of a chore, you can park on a street nearby during the day, but you have to move it to a paid parking lot overnight which is another street over. It wasn't that big a hassle and parking is dirt cheap and the owner explains it well, but just a consideration. - House is right next to a main road, so it may be a little loud. It didn't bother me, but it's something to keep in mind

• Anita (10/5): Nice imprints all around and generous family 'vibe'... - Very caring, supportive and kind family. Even though I had every day to go downtown, everything worked out well. Bus Station is directly in front of the house. It,s good though to bring a bit of 'time' in order to explore the surrounding and the City.

• Sandra (10/5): Wonderful 2 night stay - Hassan is an excellent host, extremely helpful and generous. They have a beautiful home and made me feel welcomed. My room was very clean and had everything that I needed including complimentary bottles of water. The bed was so comfortable, the headboard and night table with multiple usb ports for charging devices was a pleasant surprise. The shared bathroom(with one other room) was nice and spotlessly clean. I stayed two nights, the house was quiet and I would book again without hesitation.

La cocina no la usé mucho pero estaba súper bien equipada y limpia. Nada ! Todo bien, solo considerar que no es muy cerca del centro, pero hay bus justo afuera y es fácil llegar a mi parecer .

• Andrew (10/5): A good property for a great price with a perfect host! - The room was comfortable, sharing a bathroom with one other room. There is access to a self-catering area with complimentary food and drink. For the price, it is excellent. However, what makes this property exceptional is the helpfulness of the host who went out of his way to make my stay a great one, even paying the on-street parking fee for me when I couldn’t get the Toronto parking app to work. There’s a great little cafe called Supercoffee a five minute walk away. Highly recommended! For the price, nothing.

• Yasith (9/5): Helpful host and convenient location - The host was very helpful and accommodating. We stayed for 2 nights, though not consecutively, as we went to Niagara on the second day. The host kindly let us leave our luggage at the house since we were checking in again the following day. He also provided us with useful information and even offered some snacks, which was a nice touch. The bus stop is right in front of the house, making it very convenient. It takes about 40 minutes by bus to the airport and around 20 minutes to reach the main attractions.

• Antonio (8/5): Not too central location that feels like old-times Airbnb. Good host - The owner, who I think lives upstairs most of the time, is very helpful, should you need anything. He even offered me food in case I was hungry. Without a car, it takes a while to get there from the city center.

• Piergiorgio (10/5): - Il proprietario è di una gentilezza eccezionale, cordiale e pronto a dare informazioni su ciò che serve. in realtà la stanza era un po' piccolina, soprattutto se si hanno bagagli ingombranti, ma confortevole e ben arredata e con ha disposizione acqua e altre cose necessarie, per il bagno per esempio. L'appartenenza è abbastanza distante dal centro, 30 min ma collegata benissimo con i mezzi che passano puntualissimi e c'è ne sono molti.

• Jane (3/5): My experience was not good - stylish is the wrong description - On first arrival, not quite what I expected from the ‘stylish’ tag and other reviews, basic but ok, seemed fine as per summer uni accommodation downtown; however I left shortly after without staying. After unpacking went out to find something to eat but did not feel safe in the area. On returning went to check the bed, pulled back the cover to see what looked like one side of the bed had been used and linen therefore not changed. Another door next to the room with people going in and out numerous times in the 30 minutes I was in the room. Feeling unsafe in an unhygienic room I left without staying.
