waldemar (3/5): - There were major renovations happening around us very late into the night. We had access to the swimming pool on the first day only , then renovation around the pool started. We left - checked out one day earlier, noise was just too much.
Steve (8/5): - Location was good rooftop pool area relaxing with pool and wonderful breeze. Studio fit our needs. Great communication with host to resolve any issue that occurred prompt responses and solved the issues to the best of her ability. Thank you Had balcony facing staircase/hallway no view ,No chairs on balcony. Building still under construction so around 9 am the noise was non stop every day except sunday. Main elecrical breaker by meter in garage area tripped 4 or 5 times thanks to the wonderful security guard (Juan) he had our power back on within minutes after reporting it to him until it tripped again but he took care of it very quickly for us .then fairly new water heater sprung a leak. Host sent maintenance man right away so no hot water for the first couple days while problem was being figured out.
