• Eleni (7/5): Overall, considering the price, it’s, let’s say kind of acceptable and you can overlook some of the downsides - Great location and the apartment was relatively clean. The staff was also friendly. We stayed for 6 nights but were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper in total and just one towel per person. When we first entered the apartment there was also a strange cheese-like smell, so we had to keep the balcony door open most of the time to air it out. Another issue was that there was no option to leave our luggage anywhere before the check in .We were simply told “unfortunately you can’t” and that they were sorry. If the “unfortunately” was sincere, they would have tried to find some kind of solution for guests.

• Mark (6/5): - Comfortable bed and close to bay square. Check in details sent at 3.50pm, 10 minutes before check in time at 4.00pm. Therefore, had zero idea of where to go in advance. Apartment is overall fine, but no cutlery which is just odd. Customer support could be so much better.

• Ravindranath (10/5): Good location, spectacular view but poor customer service or support. - View and the location is excellent. Staff were not helpfull at all. I requested for early check in 40 days before arrival and kept requesting everyweek and they were not courteous enough to make any exceptions, booking.com was also not clear that check in is only at or after 4.00pm. They did not help us to store our luggage at the security, even when i entered the building i found more 15 big suitcase stored in front of the security. They need to learn to help and accomadate tourists. This made me spend nearly $40 USD to find a place to store the luggage near our booking and also got us very very tired as our flight had landed in Dubai by 8.30 am and we had to wait till 4.00 to check in.
• Khan abdul (2/5): Poor customer service, apt. not suitable for 4 adults guests - Location and balcony of the apartment Apartment not suitable for 4 adults, very poor customer service, in case of emergency you cannot approach service team, WhatsApp number only responding during day, we faced issue with lock while check in and later with cooker at night but no help received. Also at parking slot someone else had parked but we can’t do anything because customer service agent said it’s not there lookout if someone else parked at your parking spot…imagine with such response what can you do. For whole week we managed with same towels, bedsheets and without room cleaning, we were asked for AED 200 for any cleaning service during our stay. Property management team be should be doing basic check before guest check in if cooked working or not…designated parking lot available for guests or not. Will never book property from this management company.

• Oleg (10/5): - Хорошая чистая квартира. Мы жили в апартаментах 804. Это имеено посуточная квартира, нет сервиса и уборки. С балкона частичный вид на Бурж-Халифу. Расположение отличное, 15 минут неспешным шагом до Дубай Молла, отличная развязка для выезда во все районы Дубая. В квартире ничем не пахнет, никаких жуков или живность мы за 2 недели проживания не видели.

• Bthospmed (5/5): God - The view is very good, the location is excellent, and the services around the hotel are very good. At the hotel, this could be both positive and negative. No one ever said anything or greeted us; they were just guards. A separate conversation with the host was necessary, which was not entirely satisfactory. Cleanliness was a big issue; no one came to clean, and even upon request, they did not provide bed linens. The location made up for this.

• Maroš (8/5): - Check-in bol bezproblémový, strážnici boli veľmi nápomocný. Možnosť parkovania zadarmo bola veľmi vítaná. Poloha apartmánu bola veľmi dobrá, k Burj Khalife sme stále chodili pešo, bolo to iba pár minút. Ubytovanie síce neponúkalo raňajky, ale na okolí bolo niekoľko možností. Samotná izba nás milo prekvapila, bola lepšia ako naše očakávania. Informácie, ako sa ubytovať, mohli prísť skôr, vo väčšom predstihu.
• Laura (10/5): Great location and an overall enjoyable stay - Clean and well-maintained apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony are very beautiful. Dubai Mall is only about a 15-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Highly recommended! The only downside was that the shower door was broken, which caused a lot of water to leak onto the bathroom floor after every shower.
