• Volker (10/5): Top Wohnung in top Lage. - Die sehr saubere Wohnung hat eine Top Lage (wenige Minuten zur Innenstadt), unsere Fahrräder konnten in einem Fahrradraum untergestellt werden (absperrbar, mit Lademöglichkeit für e-Bikes) und vor allem war der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und hat auf einen von uns verursachten Fehler sehr zuvorkommend reagiert.

• Anneloes (8/5): We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Krems, zeker een aanrader dit appartement. - Een heerlijk bed, alles lekker schoon, super locatie, goed contact met de host, we komen graag terug. Een aantal koffie cups voor de eerste ochtend was fijn geweest.

• Romana (6/5): - Die Lage ist sehr schön und das Apartment war sauber. Der stiegenaufgang war leider nicht toll, die Einrichtung irgendwie zusammen gewürfelt. Da ich nur für eine Nacht da war, wäre es sehr nett gewesen wenn wenigstens eine Kaffeekapsel vorhanden gewesen wäre.

• Nadja (10/5): Wunderschön und sehr ruhig. - Es ist ein wirklich sehr nettes Apartment in dem man sich wohl fühlt. Die Lage ist optimal, ich würde jederzeit wieder in dem Apartment übernachten. Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer alles bestens. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kochfeld. Am Anfang hat die Dusche etwas gerochen, ist aber dann vergangen.

• Kaja (9/5): - Mieszkanie znajduje się w starym budownictwie. Klucze obiera się kodem w skrzyneczce przy drzwiach. W mieszkaniu jest kuchnia, łazienka, bardzo duży salon z osobna przestrzenią jadalnianą gdzie można sobie urządzić super śniadanie, po drugiej stronie salonu jest łóżko oraz dodatkowo osobna zamykana sypialnia z łóżkiem dwuosobowym. Mieszkanie jest max dla 4 osób. Gospodarz wita nas butelką lokalnego wina w cenie wynajmu, za każdą następna butelkę należy uiścić zapłatę ale cena jest iście sklepowa - bez prowizji. Mieszkanie jest super doświetlone, z jednej strony okna wychodzą na mały urokliwy placyk. Ogólnie mieszanie jest bardzo przytulne. Było czysto. W kuchni wszystkie potrzebne przybory, zmywarka, garnki itd. Brak miejsca parkingowego, należy korzystać z miejskich płatnych miejsc parkingowych.

The basics would’ve been nice. Towels are worn and “tired”. It was cold and wet couldn’t get the heating system to work and there’s no way of communicating with anyone. Think we’d stick to Airbnb next time. Location is excellent. Fix the things mentioned and it will be good. • Stefan (9/5): Geräumige Wohnung nahe am Zentrum von Krems. - Super Lage nahe am Zentrum von Krems. Alles in Laufreichweite. Geräumige gemütliche Ferienwohnung, mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Kaum Kontakt zu Gastgeber, der auch ziemlich unfreundlich war.

• predrags (10/5): Great apartment in the heart of old town - Location is in the heart of the old town. Apartment is spacious and equipped with everything, we were absolutely pleased to stay there. Communication with the owner was excellent, he explained us some details we needed (where to park the car, etc.). Internet could be a bit better, but was working all in all. TV can be used with various services like YouTube, Netflix (if you have you subscription), while Austrian "live" channels can be accessed through "ORF on" application.

• Ramona (10/5): A magical stay in Krems - A very charming apartment in the old town of Krems, the furniture and the details create a magical atmosphere. Not top-of-the line modern facilities, but exceptionally clean and welcoming. Can definitely recommend when in Krems! Worst part was that we only stayed one night! Apart from that, some coffee pods would have been great to have in the morning.

• Děkaníková (9/5): - Apartmán byl moc útulný a příjemný. Matrace v ložnici naprosto dokonalá. Na krátký pobyt ideální. Chyběl fén a schody do apartmánu byly trochu prudké - zábradlí v historické budově je prostě pro současné lidi hodně nízko. Ale nakonec to maminka zvladála. Taky se nedá dojet autem až ke dveřím, ale je to kousek. Zapakovali jsme potom u kostela, kde to je zadarmo.

• Günter (9/5): Ein Tag und eine Nacht mit Freunden in Krems - Die zentrale Lage und die Einrichtung der Zimmer sowie das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, das hoffentlich bis zu unserem nächsten Aufenthalt erhalten bleibt. 😉 Bei der Ankunft und am frühen Morgen des nächsten Tages war einiges an Lärm von einer Baustelle zu hören, die sich, so denke ich zumindest, im selben Gebäude befand. Die Parkplatzsituation ist ob der zentralen Lage etwas kompliziert.

• Kurt (3/5): Sehr gute Location, jedoch an bestimmten Tagen zu laut - Eigentlich alles, außer … … die unmittelbare Nähe zum Lokal Q-Stall, und damit sehr laute Musik, an 2 Nächten hintereinander bis 3-4 Uhr früh, ließ Schlaf kaum eine Chance (nicht mal mit Ohrstöpsel). Ich hätte mir erwartet, dass man vor Buchung auf diese Möglichkeit/Risiko hingewiesen wird und ggf in der Wohnung bessere Vorkehrungen getroffen werden, und das bestmöglich abzudämpfen.
• Roland (8/5): - Lage, Ausstattung, Räumlichkeiten, Gemütlichkeit, Ästhetik Es gab eine Minibar mit einem Kärtchen, dass die Nutzung der Minibar erklärte und dabei versprach dass der erste Schnaps aufs Haus gehe - allerdings war keine Schnapsflasche da. Auch der Handseifenspender im Bad war leer

• Brigitte (9/5): In dem wunderschönen Appartement lassen sich auch Regentage gut aushalten - Die Lage ist sehr günstig, wir haben sogar einen Parkplatz ausfindig machen können, auch das Restaurant schräg gegenüber ist hervorragend. Das Apartment hat eine wunderbare Atmosphäre, man fühlt sich auf Anhieb sehr wohl. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist vielleicht ein bisschen knapp. Der Club/die Disco im Nebengebäude kann einem schon den Schlaf rauben. Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen!
