• Rym (10/5): - Nous marchions par 30 degrés dans un dédale de ruelles de Marrakech en nous demandant où se trouvait ce riad. Au fond d'une impasse, on toque et la porte s'ouvre et c'étaient vraiment les portes du bonheur à Marrakech! Calme et sérénité dans un havre de paix! Un accueil chaleureux, une belle chambre confortable et bien décorée dans ses plus petits détails avec raffinement. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est top. Le personnel que dire : aux petits soins, bien veillant, discret et de bons conseils. Un grand merci à Omar pour ses conseils, sa disponibilité, sa discretion, et aux deux dames dont je n'ai pas les prénoms. Elles étaient tout aussi disponibles, souriantes, accueillantes et toujours prêtes à rendre service. Vous l'aurez compris, je recommande à 1000% Le séjour qui se termine 😁

The other workers were also very friendly and open for conversation. The breakfast was phenomenal and there was some variation throughout the stay.

Le Riad est idéalement placé dans un quartier calme, à moins de 2 minutes des souks et moins de 10 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el Fna. • Rehana (10/5): Amazing stay, would recommend that you book. - We stayed at Riyad Lia Ou Lik in Marrakech for two nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Omar, the owner, personally welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and gave us a clear and helpful introduction, even adjusting it as we were short on time and needed quick directions to Jemaa el-Fnaa. The riad is newly refurbished, extremely clean, and clearly run with great attention to detail. Our room was excellent, and the bed was especially comfortable—truly premium quality, which made for very good sleep. We enjoyed our stay so much that on our final day we chose to relax at the riad instead of exploring, spending time by the pool chatting with staff. Although alcohol isn’t served, guests are welcome to bring their own. We picked up drinks from a nearby Carrefour, and Omar was very relaxed about us enjoying them by the pool, which was appreciated. Leila and Hasna, the two sisters who work there, were exceptionally kind and attentive. Leila even went to the shop for us and returned with the exact change—an example of their honesty and helpfulness. Breakfast was excellent every morning—fresh, healthy, well presented, and perfectly portioned. The eggs in particular were outstanding, cooked to perfection and better than many high-end hotels. Omar also recommended Azar Restaurant and kindly helped us book it. It turned out to be a great evening with a lively dinner show and is well worth visiting. Overall, the riad offers outstanding value for money considering the quality of service, comfort, and attention to detail. We also used their airport transfer service for 200 dirhams, which was smooth, punctual, and very well organised. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to Marrakech There was nothing to dislike.

• Rebecca (10/5): Piacevole - La struttura è nuova, pulita e le stanze sono ben arredate. Fedeli alle immagini sicuramente. Lo staff è tutto gentilissimo, Omar è ospitale e soddisfa ogni esigenza, ti dà consigli e indicazioni sulla località. La colazione è buona, tutta fatta da loro e tipica del posto, la varierei con qualche dolcetto tradizionale ma è stato tutto molto piacevole. Il Riad è tranquillo, non ci sono rumori esterni ed è vicinissimo alla piazza e alla Medina. C’è un piccolo parcheggio a 3 minuti dove il taxi vi può lasciare/prendere, ma non ci sono le indicazioni del riad sul posto, a meno che io non abbia visto bene, però su Google Maps lo trovate tranquillamente. Il Riad ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative, se dovessi ritornare lo sceglierei nuovamente.

The kindest, nicest staff, especially Phillippe, who made our stay incredible and was always so accommodating especially if we needed anything (such as earlier breakfasts before an early excursion). Incredible facilities and lovely decor as well as being located right in the heart of the Medina, but being tucked away enough that noise was never an issue. Incredible breakfast and an all round perfect stay. Nothing at all. Perfection.

• cherendipityyy (9/5): Amazing bed compared to the other riads we´ve stayed at! - We stayed at 3 different Riads on 3 different evenings and this Riad has the best bed and bedding of all. I had a good night's sleep. Oumayma, Philipp, and the other 2 ladies who prepared our breakfast were very nice and accommodating. The design of the riad is also very beautiful and such a pleasure to my eyes. I wanted to try to have a dip at the pool but it was quite cold due to the rainy weather at that time. Maybe next time! Nothing really. I just find the room a bit small but its a good value for money :))

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil de Philippe a été d’une grande qualité : chaleureux, attentionné, avec ce sens du détail qui fait toute la différence. On se sent immédiatement à l’aise, presque comme chez des amis. Le Riad est d’une propreté irréprochable, avec un soin apporté à chaque espace. Mention spéciale pour la salle de bain et sa superbe douche moderne, parfaitement conçue et très agréable à utiliser, jusque dans ses réglages précis. Le matin, le petit-déjeuner est un vrai moment de plaisir : généreux, délicieux, préparé et servi avec beaucoup de soin par Aïcha, dont le professionnalisme et la douceur sont remarquables. Et bien sûr, impossible de ne pas souligner la gentillesse d’Omar, le propriétaire, véritable maître des lieux, présent avec discrétion et bienveillance pour que tout se déroule parfaitement. • Sergio (10/5): Tornerò sicuramente in questo Riad. - Ottima posizione, molto vicina alla Medina 2/3 minuti a piedi. Servizio navetta eccellente puntualissimo e gentile, host e proprietario Omar veramente molto cordiale e disponibile, ci ha accolto con un te di benvenuto, ci ha preparato una colazione fuori orario solo per noi, anche il resto del personale molto cortese, accompagnati alle 4 del mattino al parcheggio dove prendere la navetta. Riad molto pulito, tutto nuovo e ben curato, cambio biancheria giornaliero. Colazione abbondante e variegata servita in terrazza.
• Océane (10/5): Merveilleuse semaine ! - Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse au Riad Lia ou Lik entre amies. Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin ! L’emplacement est idéal puisque le riad se trouve à deux pas de la place Jemaa El Fna, ce qui est très pratique pour explorer la ville, tout en étant niché au fond d’une impasse très calme. C’est un véritable havre de paix loin de l'effervescence des souks. La chambre est décorée avec goût et est d'une propreté irréprochable. On s’y sent tout de suite bien. Le petit-déjeuner est un pur délice ! Chaque matin, nous avons pu goûter à des spécialités locales fraîches et variées. C'est le meilleur moyen de commencer la journée. Et enfin, un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour sa gentillesse et son attention ! Bref, un séjour parfait. Nous recommandons ce riad les yeux fermés et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
• Ramos (10/5): An unforgettable stay with exceptional hospitality that made us feel truly at home in Marrakech. - My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at Riad Lia Ou Lik for 3 nights in Marrakech, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very first moment, Mohssine was amazing! He was always attentive, making us feel at home and giving us a sense of safety that is not always easy to find in the Medina. That meant a lot to us. Omar, the owner, was also extremely kind and always available to help. He even spoke a few words in Portuguese with us, which made everything even more special. A very special thanks as well to the two women working at the riad (I apologize for not remembering their names). They were outstanding throughout our stay! Always smiling, very kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything. They truly made a difference in our experience. Our stay became even more unforgettable because it was my girlfriend’s birthday. I had asked for something simple, like rose petals on the bed, but they went above and beyond with petals, balloons, and candles on the floor. It was an incredible gesture. The next day at breakfast, they even gave her a small symbolic gift from Marrakech, which really touched us. The riad itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and has a warm and authentic atmosphere. Also the breakfast was amazing and very tasty! We would definitely come back. Highly recommended! There is nothing to say about something that I didn’t like but as a small suggestion, it could be helpful to have a bit more signage in the surrounding streets, as it can be a little difficult to find at first. However, I understand this may also be part of the charm and exclusivity of the place. However, there may already be some signs. If so, they are not very noticeable.

The staff are all lovely and friendly, even Omar helped organise a souk tour during our stay. Also big breakfast every morning. Highly recommend. Nil

Proximité de la place Djemaa el fna, des principaux sites historiques et des souks. Je recommande ce riad ouvert depuis peu et qui mérite un grand coup de pouce !
• Riccardo (9/5): - Questo riad è stata la nostra “oasi felice” nel centro di Marrakech, in una posizione veramente comoda. Il personale è gentile e premuroso, ci hanno accolto col sorriso e con un buonissimo the alla menta. L’ambiente è curato e pulito. Anche la colazione ci è piaciuta molto!

• Duboscq (10/5): - Le riad est très bien situé, on peut visiter Marrakech à pied, très proche de la place jemaa el fna 5 minutes à pied, pour y manger le soir. Le riad est très bien décoré et très propre, un ++ pour le personnel qui est très gentil et se met en quatre pour vous satisfaire. Je recommande les yeux fermés.
• Shrestha (10/5): Made our experience in Marrakech extra special🥰 - We stayed in this beautiful riad for three nights and honestly speaking, if it wasn’t for this place and their staffs, our experience in Morocco would not have been the same. This newly renovated riad is located in the heart of the medina, short walks to most of the tourist attractions which made things so easy for us. The staff there went up and beyond to look after us, advising us and being their for us when we got lost. Oumaima, Aicha, Mochine all were so sweet and supportive from the minute we checked in. We will miss them all for sure! We would highly recommend to book in here for anyone who is looking for a traditional riad with nice size rooms, amazing breakfast, good location and most importantly great staff! Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und bemühen sich, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Lage ist perfekt – sehr zentral, sodass man alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem erreichen kann. Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden! • Elisa (10/5): Comodo e bel Riad - Il Riad è stato recentemente interamente ristrutturato mantenendo il suo stile fortemente caratteristico ma garantendo efficienza, bellezza e pulizia. Ci siamo trovati bene con tutto lo staff, veramente gentili e sempre disponibili. Appena arrivati ci hanno offerto del tè. La buona colazione viene servita sulla terrazza. Ottima posizione rispetto alla piazza principale, facile da raggiungere a piedi senza il timore di perdersi tra la Medina. Super consigliato.

• Eduardo (9/5): - La amabilidad del personal, cariñosos, atentos y siempre con una sonrisa y una educación exquisita. El desayuno es de los mejores que he tomado nunca. Macedonia de frutas, zumo de naranja natural, té marroquí de menta, revuelto de tortilla, panes con queso, una crema de cacao cacahuete muy buena y mermelada... Muy completo. La decoración es muy bonita y la habitación muy acogedora. Nos gusto todo, la única pega es que la puerta de la habitación costaba un poco cerrarla pero volvería seguro.

Leur attention est permanente, ils sont toujours à votre écoute tout en respectant votre intimité. L’accueil est parfait, la jeune femme (son prénom m’échappe) nous a même aidés dès le premier matin pour une excursion avec son téléphone perso ! Les prestations sont top, la literie parfaite, la propreté totale, la déco authentique et contemporaine, de qualité, l’agencement des lieux très bien pensé. Salle de bains super, eau chaude toujours disponible, un luxe localement ! La terrasse permet de profiter d’un bon moment pour un petit déjeuner exceptionnel en quantité et qualité, tout en produits frais locaux, servis par Mohsin toujours serviable et Aïcha toujours souriante. Une expérience inoubliable 😀 Rien, aucune mauvaise surprise.

• Valentina (10/5): - Il Riad era esattamente come lo vediamo dalle foto: molto bello, ben tenuto e con uno staff molto gentile e disponibile. Alloggiavamo nelle camere del primo piano, mentre la colazione viene servita sul terrazzo all'orario concordato. La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica: vicino ad un parcheggio per il pick up del taxi, ma all'interno della Medina, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla famosa piazza Jemaa el-Fnaa. Il proprietario Omar ha ristrutturato il Riad solo lo scorso Novembre ed è molto attento, così come tutto lo staff. Infatti al nostro rientro trovavamo sempre qualcuno disponibile ad esaudire le nostre richieste o esigenze. Consiglio molto questa struttura!

The facilities are clean and very well maintained, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The team is wonderful — and Mohsin, in particular, truly stands out. Always smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring, he constantly checked in to make sure everything was perfect. We had three tours that started well before breakfast time, and Mohsin kindly prepared coffee, fresh orange juice, and a small snack to help us get going early in the morning. On one of our day tours, he even helped arrange flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day — a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to us. Highly, highly recommended!

Le Riad est très bien décoré et très propre. De très belles perspectives pour le Riad d’Omar qui a ouvert il y quelques mois. Nous recommandons vivement !

Les employés et le propriétaire sont au petit soin et font tout pour que nous soyons à l’aise et apprécier notre séjour , ils nous conseillent des bonnes adresses et d’autres services pour visiter Marrakech. Bons petits déjeuners copieux et délicieux. Les repas sont excellents, préparés à la marocaine par une excellente cuisinière . Nous conseillons vivement ce Riad. Nous n’étions pas déçus . Rien à signaler

Le personnel est charmant et au petit soin. « Comme à la maison », on vit chez l’habitant. Les chambres sont confortables , le petit déjeuner marocain sur le roof top est copieux Pour vos déplacements, excursions et loisirs, l’équipe du Riad saura tout organiser pour vous libérer de cette charge (Hamman luxe, soirée dîner spectacle, transfert….) On vient vous chercher à l’aéroport (avec un petit forfait) Je recommande RAS

No te dan llave de la puerta de entrada principal al Riad, por lo que una noche tuvimos que esperar un rato porque no estaban ninguno/a de ellos/as en el Riad para abrirte y no nos avisaron que no iban a estar. Tampoco se pueden cerrar las habitaciones con llave, cualquiera podría acceder desde fuera cuando no estás.
