• Wojciech (1/5): Jedno wielkie rozczarowanie. - jedyna rzecz zgodna z opisem to lokalizacja i układ pokoju... Niestety nasz pobyt w tym apartamencie był bardzo rozczarowujący i znacząco odbiegał od opisu przedstawionego w ofercie. W ogłoszeniu wskazano dostęp do wspólnej kuchni oraz przyrządów kuchennych, jednak w praktyce korzystanie z kuchni zostało nam uniemożliwione przez osoby mieszkające tam na stałe, o których obecności nie byliśmy w żaden sposób poinformowani przed przyjazdem. Lokatorzy jasno zakomunikowali nam, że nie możemy korzystać z kuchni, co całkowicie zaprzeczało warunkom rezerwacji. Dodatkowo w mieszkaniu przebywał kot, co również nie było wskazane w opisie oferty. W naszym przypadku nie stanowiło to problemu zdrowotnego, jednak dla osób z alergiami taka informacja powinna być obowiązkowo ujawniona przed dokonaniem rezerwacji. Łazienki oraz części wspólne znajdowały się w bardzo złym stanie higienicznym — były zabrudzone, zakurzone, pełne rzeczy prywatnych lokatorów oraz pozostawionych śmieci. Stan faktyczny znacząco odbiegał od zdjęć zamieszczonych w ogłoszeniu, na których pomieszczenia były czyste i przygotowane dla gości. Również pościel i ręczniki, mimo że wyglądały na wyprane, posiadały liczne plamy, w tym brązowe i czerwone przebarwienia, co budziło poważne wątpliwości co do standardów higieny i komfortu użytkowania. Niestety nie mieliśmy alternatywy i byliśmy zmuszeni z nich skorzystać. Próbowaliśmy rozwiązać sytuację z gospodarzem, jednak nie otrzymaliśmy żadnej realnej pomocy. Zostaliśmy poinformowani jedynie, że jeśli coś nam nie odpowiada, możemy zmienić miejsce noclegu, bez próby rozwiązania zgłoszonych problemów. Oferta w naszej ocenie nie odzwierciedla rzeczywistych warunków pobytu, a standard obiektu był zdecydowanie poniżej jakiegokolwiek poziomu. Pierwszy raz spotkała mnie taka sytuacja i spodziewałbym się od tak dużej firmy jak booking większej weryfikacji zamieszczonych ogłoszeń.
• Piotr (3/5): Niby okej, ale jednak nie - Lokalizacja bardzi blisko metra i przystanku autobusowego przez co w szybki sposób można dostać się w różne rejony miasta. Pokój i łazienka wyremontowana i ładna. Bardzo przypadł mi do gustu widok z pokoju na wieżowce w centrum Londynu Pierwsze wrażenie bylo pozytywne, niestety po rozglądanięciu się i zapoznaniu z lokalem okazało się że pokój został nie dokładnie posprzątany, kołdra okazała się być poplamiona a w szafce nocnej były skorupki jajka. Takie rzeczy można przeboleć tak samo jak to że w lokalu na stałe mieszka kilka osób przez co czesto okazuję się że łazienka jest zajęta i słychać było głośne rozmowy z pokoju i kuchni a po części wspólnej biegał kot. Niestety już w pierwszy dzień przyjazdu wieczorem na drzwiach kuchni zawisła kartka że nie możemy korzystać z kuchni (ze względu na kradzieże z poprzednich dni ponieważ kuchnia była ciągle sprawna). Po kontakcie z właścicielem obiektu powiedział że następnego dnia przyjdzie do lokalu i spróbuję to załatwić. Następnego dnia już nie odpisywała na wiadomości a kartka nadal wisiała. Skontaktowałem się z bookingiem, ale niezbyt stanął na wysokości zadania ponieważ za 3 noce braku możliwości korzystania z większości udogodnień zwrócił marne 9£. Jeśli ktoś szuka komfortu zdecydowanie odradzam dla własnego spokoju i spokoju osób tam mieszkających

• Gisela Macarena del Rosario (8/5): Buena relación calidad precio . - Muy hermosa la habitación, cama comoda y una vista muy linda . El baño estaba en el primer piso y era medio fastidioso subir. Y No recibi indicaciones de como llegar o encontrar el sitio , dado que no sabia que era en un edificio. El chico del staff nos hizo el favor de recibirnos antes del check in , pero tuvo un contratiempo y lo esperamos un rato . Pero después pudimos entrar aprox 11 am , muchas gracias

• Dominik (10/5): All in all it was a good stay - It was a great comfortable stay worth the value The only thing what could have been better, is if the television worked a little better. Struggled to get on anything could probably have been a network issue though
• Wayne (1/5): HORRIBLE / SCAM / DISGUSTING - NOTHING - HORRIBLE & A TOTAL SCAM!! DON'T BOOK!! This was by far THE WORST accommodation experiences ever in my life. From the moment we arrived, the entire area had a terrible smell. I immediately contacted Harsh M, who I believe is the property manager, because there was no toilet paper provided at all. The two towels we found were dirty, and when I went to check the shared shower, it was in a disgusting state - hair, dirt, and an unsanitary toilet. Although Harsh said a cleaner would come, nothing changed. I asked for extra towels since we booked four nights and only received two, but he only replied that he would “check,” and we never got any update or additional towels. The hot water system in the shower was also broken - after one minute it turns dangerously hot, almost burning. The next morning, I sent more messages at 9 a.m. asking again for towels and toilet paper, and he only responded at 1:45 p.m. with a photo showing towels supposedly near our room. When we returned, the towels were gone, and my follow-up messages were ignored. To make things worse, during the night there were people and even animals walking around inside the area, setting off the fire alarm. We couldn’t sleep a single minute and decided to leave after the second night to stay elsewhere. This place is a complete scam! The property manager refused any refund, claiming that “everything was in order,” which is absolutely false. I will be reporting this to the police and local authorities. Avoid this place at all costs.

• Makhija (10/5): One of the best stays in London - The property was very clean and well maintained. The room is spacious, with a large wardrobe, a comfortable bed, fresh pillows, extra linen, and towels provided. The host is very quick to respond and communicates clearly, which made the stay smooth and easy. We requested a cleaning during our stay, and it was arranged immediately great service. Since it’s a homestay, guests also have access to laundry facilities. You can either use the washing machine yourself (everything is available), or request the host to handle it for you. Overall, a comfortable stay with helpful hosting and good amenities.

• Chetali (10/5): Perfect for Vacation - Very Good and polite Host, Very clear Directions, Always available, Very clean property very accessible from the station Quiet neighborhood. Clean And fresh Lenin & towels. Even gave toiletries on demand.

• gunnar (1/5): DISGUSTING and no privacy—shared apartment with 3 others and a cat. Literally it’s only a room with a lock on it. - - super cheap - nice personnel and easy to contact I feel bad—this had nothing to do with the personnel of the unit that we interacted with, I just need to be honest) - sticky floors - nothing was wiped down - couch has stains all over it - there were stains on the floors - nobody mentioned there’s a cat living there and the rooming situation—it’s all just vague. My wife is allergic to cats so that didn’t go well. - DISGUSTING shared apartment with three others and one of their cats (had no idea that’d be the case going into it. There were no pics showing the rest of the apartment and probably for good reason. I don’t think the people that live there have cleaned it ever. Like literally ever. - sketchy area - smelled bad - DISGUSTING bathroom - shared bathroom - shared everything besides your bedroom - guys it was SOOOOO disgusting. Literally everything was so gross. And I’m a 22 year old guy. I don’t have high standards. But my expectations where literally basic decent cleanliness and it was the worst and grossest apartment I’ve ever been in ever. I would under NO circumstances ever return to this apartment. Ever.
