• Bernadette (8/5): - Wir hatten 3 Zimmer mit Terrasse im 5. Stock. Das war herrlich und die Gegend ist sehr angenehm. Sehr gute Dusche und Produkte. Der Boden im Bad war nicht sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber für kurz akzeptabel.

I especially loved the breakfast served in the hotel with so many great choices. There was only on male employee who was not as friendly as the others and barely looked up from what he was doing to answer a couple questions I had. He wasn't very friendly. However, all of your other staff members were very friendly and helpful.

• Lucas (7/5): - Die Lage war super, Metro keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein und fein. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. (Auch für den ersten Besuch in Paris Ideal) Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

• Antonietta (1/5): Horrible - The 2 gentlemen who work on the front desk were very kind and helpful. Management is clearly not client focused starting from the director to the manager of the hotel. We have expressed our concerns verbally, via email and through trip advisor and booking.com. We were told that because we went straight to trip advisor with a bad rating, they were unwilling to assist. We will be sure to never stay at hotel Aida la marais again and be sure to advise friends and family of the poor service.
• M.I. (7/5): Ons verblijf was verder prima. - Vriendelijke ontvangst. Locatie prima. Goed te lopen naar Gare du Nord. We hadden geen uitzicht. Kamer was op de zolder, maar door de dakramen was het wel een lichte kamer. Badkamer was erg klein. WC op een soort van verhoging. We konden niet normaal op de WC zitten. Wastafel liep niet door. Was even uitvogelen hoe we het douchewater in de douchecel konden houden. Badmat aan de binnenkant tegen de douchedeur leggen ,zodat het water niet onder de deur door kon gaan.
• Renate (7/5): Gut und praktisch - Die Lage. Sehr nettes Personal Schmutzige Tücher. Ein riesiges, hässliches Sofa im Zimmer, das nur Platz frisst, wir aber nicht brauchten. Hätte ich dieses Zimmer abgebildet gesehen, hätte ich nicht dort gebucht. Nicht das Dachzimmer nehmen.

Hellhörige Zimmer, z.B. durch Türenschliessen Und Gespräche durch Gäste auf der gleichen Etage. Ungenügende Information während eines Fehlalarms am Abend. Flecken auf den Sofakissen.

• Flodechavaroche (5/5): Les grooms des portes - Le personnel est agréable, la chambre et la salle de bain sont propres, la literie est parfaite, le petit déjeuner est bien. Le groom des portes des chambres se ferment trop fortement et claquent si les clients ne les retiennent pas.Résultats: 2 nuits passées dans l'établissement et 2 réveils à 01h30 du matin. Le matin, on entend toutes les fermetures de porte de l'étage. L'insonorisation entre les chambres est aussi à revoir.

Peccato che al checkout ci sia stato chiesto il pagamento delle colazioni che in realtà non avevamo fatto. Non si spiega cosa sia successo. al numero della busta stanza c'era una firma. non la nostra. In hotel c'era un gruppo di italiani e forse ci hanno confuso con loro. c'è voluto un po' x spiegarsi ma alla fine ci siamo riuscite. Mi sembra assurdo che non avendo la colazione pagata quando qualcuno entra al ristorante non chiedono di vedere il numero della camera ma segnano così a caso. comunque il personale È veramente molto poco empatico.

• Shelagh (9/5): Montes a Paris depuis la Provence pour assister a un concert, cet hotel a repondu a tous nos besoins - Acces pratique, chambre confortable et tres bien amenagee, personnel accueillant. Autour de l'hotel plein de restaurants, de cafes, de boulangeries/patisseries, etc. Le nom de l'hotel fait croire qu'il se trouve dans le Marais, or il est a cote de la Place de la Republique et non pas celle des Vosges.

• Kim (6/5): Helaas niet naar verwachting - De locatie was prima, leuke staart en wijk met leuke winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden. Het hotel en de kamer waren netjes schoon We zaten in een of achteraf kamertje of zolder. Het oogde rommelig door de indeling en wat erin stond. Onder andere een grote tweepersoons bank naast het bed, beetje een rare plek voor een bank. Verder was het ontzettend warm (want zolder waar de zon volop scheen) en de airco werkte zo goed als niet waardoor we 24/7 de ramen wagenwijd hebben open gehad. Toen we dit bij het uitchecken aangaven werd er gezegd dat we dit van tevoren hadden moeten aangeven want dan hadden ze vanuit beneden de airco aangezet. Dit is nou niet het het werkt geloof ik.

• Michael (6/5): Tolle Lage - Hotelzimmer so naja - - Tolle Lage - nette Mitarbeiter - Gepäck Aufbewahrung ist kein Problem - großes, gemütliches Bett ( sehr harte Matratze) - wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Loggia, also kein Außenfenster - das Zimmer ist sehr klein und braucht ein Update ( etwas schrabbelig) - die Deko und Leuchter im Hotel waren sehr verstaubt und dreckig. Hinterlässt keinen guten Eindruck - dafür ist der Preis sehr hoch, aber das ist wohl normal in Paris

Camere piccole con moquette, non pulite alla perfezione ma silenziose e con letti molto comodi. Bagno nuovo e grande doccia. Alla reception si alternavano persone più o meno disponibili. La colazione è da considerarsi appena sufficiente ma ci sono diverse boulangerie a pochi metri dall’hotel. Andrebbero rinnovati gli arredi e le camere andrebbero pulite con più attenzione.

• Angela (9/5): Wenn nochmal Paris, dann hier - Das Größe des Zimmers war sehr gut für französische Verhältnisse, das Bett mega bequem wir haben super geschlafen, die Lage hervorragend in einer recht ruhigen Nebenstraße und doch nur 2-5 min zum Bus oder Metro, das Frühstück war gut und völlig ausreichend (wenn man nicht auf deutsche Standards besteht), wir hatten sogar Graubrot, Toast, selbst zu kochende Eier, nicht zu vergessen das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal die Sauberkeit ist noch ausbaufähig, es waren keine großen Verunreinigungen, aber der Duschkopf verkalkt, die Fliesen nicht sauber.

• Ronald (7/5): Fijne plek in Parijs - We hebben het hotel gekozen vanwege de leuke locatie in Parijs. Hotel was prima, maar wel wat gedateerd. Goed ontbijt en ook vriendelijk personeel. Hotel is wat gedateerd en kamers kunnen een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

• Viktoriya (8/5): Un lugar muy agradable cerca de la Gard du Nord y de la Plaza de la República - Bien situado, en barrio muy animado y con buenas conexiones de metro y bus (plaza de la República con varias líneas de metro (9 y 11) a Campos Elíseos/Trocadero, Chatelet... A 15 minutos de la Gard du Nord y del Pompidou (cerrado hasta 2030). Habitación acogedora y baño con lo preciso y todo funcionando bien. Personal muy amable, receptivo. Sin problemas para dejar las maletas antes y después. Tal vez las habitaciones a la calle estén mejor ventiladas que las que dan al interior y el fin de semana está la calle muy tranquila. Muchos restaurante cerca. No hay armarios, solo un colgador en el hall. La habitación un poco pequeña y si vas con maletas grandes o para pasar más de tres días, es complicado almacenar la ropa.

• Nathalie (8/5): Bon emplacement chambre trop sombre - Emplacement pratique Chambre petite mais assez agréable Il a fallu batailler avec la réceptionniste pour qu’elle ne fasse pas de copie de ma CNI (c’est illégal). La chambre donnait à la base d’un puits ”de lumière” était donc sombre et à la vue peu sympathique.
• Francesco (8/5): Settimana a Parigi - Posizione eccellente con diverse linee metro vicino, ben collegata anche con le stazioni per le linee RER. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione , nei dintorni c’è molta scelta , anche di ristoranti . Camera pulita , piccola ma con l’essenziale. L’insonorizzazione non è il top, ma la camera era silenziosa , non ho avuto problemi a dormire. Bisogna pre autorizzare il deposito di 50€ all’arrivo , ma devo dire che dopo il check out nel pomeriggio è stato sbloccato.
