• Darko (10/5): - Odlična lokacija, stan uredan, čist i namešten. Sve pohvale domaćinu koji je jako ljubazan i prijatan, u roku 20 minuta kad sam rezervisao mogao sam da uđem u stan.

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione ottima, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, comoda e tranquilla allo stesso tempo. L’alloggio è spazioso, ben organizzato e pulito, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliato.

• Marin (3/5): A spacious apartment in a good location, but poorly maintained and not matching the listing. - The apartment is spacious, warm and quiet, with a nice layout and good potential. The location is convenient – the city center is about 15 minutes on foot, and the apartment is well connected by tram lines via Vukovarska Street. Although the parking is not officially free, there is a large free informal parking area very close to the building, which is practical. If the listed issues were fixed, this apartment could be a very good place to stay. The apartment does not match the listing or the photos. The living room looks different from the pictures, which is misleading. It is advertised as 2+2, but this is incorrect. The bed in the second bedroom is only for one person, the sofas in the living room are not extendable, and there is no extra bed or bedding. One child had to sleep without proper bedding. Check-in was poorly organized – there are no apartment signs or name on the building, and we spent almost 30 minutes trying to find the entrance with children and luggage. The entrance lock is damaged and hard to use. Bedding is inadequate, with a strange smell, and we slept on a waterproof mattress cover. There is a sewage smell in the bathroom, the shower has no doors, there is no water in the small WC, and some radiators were not working properly. Dishes were dirty, there is no dish rack, and TV and internet did not work. The apartment is full of personal items (toothbrushes, combs, eye drops, documents, receipts), which clearly shows it is not properly prepared for renting. Overall, despite the size and location, the apartment is not suitable for families and does not justify the price in its current condition!

• Vedran (10/5): - Stan je smješten nedaleko od samog centra, svega 15 min. pješke do glavnog trga. Dostupan je i besplatan parking blizu zgrade. Apartman je prostran, dobrog rasporeda te uređen sa stilom🙂 Svakako preporučam za "Weekend Getaway"
• Amir (10/5): Magnificent! - Stan je u samom centru tako da nismo morali ići daleko kako bi doživjeli Zagreb na najbolji mogući način. Matija kao domaćin je izvrstan, sve smo se lako s njim dogovorili. Stan je uredan i prostran, super opremljen. Preporuke!
