• karin (7/5): Malgré les problèmes d’ordre technique, les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables - L’amabilité du personnel et particulièrement l’engagement exemplaire de la gérante Abigail qui a tout mis en œuvre pour rendre mon séjour agréable malgré un bruit récurrent de conduite ( air conditionné) qui m’empêchait de me reposer…j’ai dû changer de chambre deux fois .. dans la première le wifi ne fonctionnait pas ..). Elle a fait preuve de grand professionnalisme et de bienveillance! Elle est juste top 👍🏻 Problèmes techniques de bruit et wifi défaillant au 1er étage

• Michael plus (7/5): - Ruime kamer, ruim twee keer zo groot als Booking aangeeft, goede locatie, vriendelijk personeel, goede prijs voor een 5 sterren hotel. Het is een 'net niet' hotel als je 5 sterren verwacht. Voelde een beetje alsof het broodnodige gedaan is om een 5 sterren classificatie te krijgen maar het voelt niet zo aan. Ik weet niet wat de vereisten zijn. Kamer was zeker ruim, maar er staat ook helemaal niks in je kamer dat het een beetje sfeer geeft. Een zwembad dat niet schoon lijkt. 1 handdoek per persoon (ook niet super schoon op het oog,, slechte wifi en het restaurant is ook niet echt uitnodigend. En tl lampen maken het niet al te sfeervol. Een opfrisbeurt zal veel goed kunnen doen.
• Hazel (10/5): - The staff were very friendly. The room was amazing. We had an ocean view and it did not disappoint. There was a pool as well which was a surprise for us. If I'd complain about anything it might be that one of the room towels didn't look as white as I think it should.

• Kathrin (5/5): - Die Lage ist top. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, leider nur spärlich möbliert (in unserem Zimmer gab es kein Sofa) und wirkte daher ungemütlich. Zum schönen Strand läuft man entlang des Meeres in wenigen Minuten.

L’ascenseur n’a pas fonctionné durant mes 7 jours Et j’étais au 4 ieme étage .. j’aurais aimé qu’elle Me Propose de m’installer plus bas !! Piscine à fonctionner au début Par la suite la Filtration ne fonctionnais plus L’eau commençais à brouiller à mon départ !!

• Enrique (10/5): Great Stay at The Mint Resort - Great service provided by front desk. Loved how they let me check in early without any extra charge. Rooms were exactly as shown in pictures. Great ocean view. Highly recommend. I didn't like leaving The Mint Resort.

L'équipe est très réactive et a accepté de nous changer de chambre suite à une première nuit délicate avec le bruit de la clim et surtout des fenêtres sans rideaux opaques donnant une chambre éclairée comme en plein jour dès 6h00 du matin Etablissement qui est un peu viellissant
• Taylor (6/5): Daylight at night time - Lovely location Staff not very approachable. Didnt sleep the first night due to light coming through the curtains, reflecting a spotlight from the building next door, even after hanging a spare blanket up to try block it out. Shower broke in the morning and was unable to shower untill they fixed it - which was within an hour - but when we requested to change rooms due to the lack of sleep and unusable shower, we were told the price of "upgrading". No attempt to accomodate us due to the issue being their fault. They later added tint film to the windows, which helped but still didnt eradicate the issue - better curtains would fix the issue. Staff were cold and made it feel like our problem for having an issue with the room.

La localisation près du centre animé, du port et côté mer ( cote est ) plus sauvage et rocheux.. Plaisir du bruit des vagues et du vent ... Isolation phonique (double vitrage) Petit déjeuner, pas beaucoup de choix

• Georgios (7/5): Good option for Isla. Needs some renovation works - Location was absolutely excellent. Unbeatable. And the staff was very polite and helpful. The swimming pool area looks amazing! When I first entered the room, there was a very strong smell of cleaning product, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, both the shower and bath taps only had hot water in the bathrooms of both rooms. We informed reception about one of the rooms, and although they responded promptly and sent technicians, it took over an hour to fix the issue. While I appreciate their effort, it meant that I lost one of my mornings waiting instead of spending it at the beach. In such a situation, I believe a room change would have been a more appropriate solution. All in all, although the hotel is advertised as being only one year old, it appears that some of the installations are older and would benefit from further renovation.

• Gil (5/5): Peux largement mieux faire. - La vue sur la mer, le personnel agréable dans l'ensemble. La literie est très inconfortable avec des taies d'oreillers en synthétique. La propreté, inadmissible pour ce prix 130 euros la nuit, vous avez les pieds noirs si vous marchez pieds nuls ! Une lumière qui s'allume automatiquement la nuit quand vous allez aux toilettes génial pour réveiller tout le monde.Le petit déjeuner dégoûtant, je fais largement mieux chez moi ! Piscine minuscule. Enfin pas terrible cette expérience.

Si surge algún imprevisto como nos paso a nosotros que nuestra hija vómito todas las sábanas no hay nadie hasta la mañana siguiente para ayudarte. con una fregona o con sábanas limpias.

Mexikoi tartozkodasunk alatt ettol a szallastol vartunk a legtobbet, mert bookingon 5 csillagosnak van ertekelve, azonban rosszabb volt mint amire szamitottunk. Nem volt a legtisztabb, meleg viz nem volt vagy ha jott is nagyon sokat kellett varni ra. Kijelentkezesnel varnunk kellett arra is hogy megnezzek a szobat, hogy mindent rendben hagytunk-e, ami egy kisse kellemetlen volt. A szoba felszereltsege se a legmodernebb, a kozponti lift is hatareset volt hogy elakad, igy inkabb mindennap lepcsoztunk a 3. Emeleti szobankba.

• Zielinski (8/5): 3.5 star hotel with the potential to be a 5 star hotel. - Location is incredible and value for the room was great. Hot water was spotty at times. And no coffee at the property until 8am(except little instant cappuccino in the room) you have one of the best views of sunrise on the island and we have to walk 5 blocks to get coffee. And don’t play loud music until after 9pm.

Nice to have restaurant/bar on site. felt set off but could get any where by walking or jumping in the golf cart. Could have used a bit more furniture in the room and a table on the deck would have been nice.

The pool was lovely before & after the beach. Staff was friendly & helpful. The ONLY thing I can say is Beach Towels would be a nice addition.

Die bereitgestellten Küchenutensilien könnten beim Bezug des Appartements durchaus sauberer sein, ebenso das Badezimmer.

Pas de pose bagages. Pas de sèche vêtements sur le balcon. Pas assez de transats autour de la piscine. La petite piscine est toujours à l'ombre. Pas de sucre et cuillère avec les cafés de la chambre.

• Haily (8/5): We would consider staying here again! - The view, location, pool, the staff, the cleanliness overall. Having a bar was nice as well. The room we ended up with, was not the one we booked so the balcony was kind of pointless since it was on the first floor next to the parking lot. And it did not have the extra futon. Instead, there was a full kitchen area however we had no use for that. Cleaner was overall good however, we had to continue asking for bath towels each day - we had 3 people but kept only getting 2 towels. I also felt like the sheets weren’t actually ever changed, I could be wrong but by the end of our stay, they felt so gross. The beds in our room made a lot of noise with every move and weren’t that comfortable - but we managed.
