- Adam (10/5): Fantastic New Years stay - We visited the cottage for New Year and was pleased to see the cottage was still decorated for Xmas, the chocolates and fizz were also a lovely surprise. The cottage is truly beautiful inside with everything considered for a relaxing stay. I particularly enjoyed sitting with a coffee watching the sun rise through the giant picture window. Our little dog loved the grounds and the surrounding walks. We walked round two nearby reservoirs during our stay and ventured into Holmfirth which was charming. Overall we had a very relaxing stay and would definitely go back. Loved the quiet location and the views, the coffee machine was also a great addition.
