- Egidijus (9/5): Studijos tipo apartamentai geroje vietoje su gražiu vaizdu - Butas yra dangoraižio 6tame aukšte. Gražus ir ramus vaizdas pro langą. Butas yra šiaurinėje pusėje, tad neturėsite tiesioginių saulės spindulių. Yra virtuvė su reikalingais reikmenimis. Yra nemokamas parkingas po daugiabučiu bei yra galimybė naudotis baseinu ant stogo. Vieta tikrai gera. Netoli metro stotelė, o Dubai Marina yra 5-6 km atstumu. Viskas yra labai griežta, nuo dokumentų kopijų iki užstato ar automobilio duomenų. Gal tai yra normali praktika UAE, bet už tai jautiesi saugus. Švara nebuvo pati geriausia, bet tikrai nebuvo labai blogai.
