• Nicole (10/5): Nice stay - The room and bed were comfortable, the living room tv was huge, two water bottles provided daily. The hotel shuttle to the BTS was nice if you are on a flexible schedule. There’s many nice restaurants, food halls (the commons, seenspace), and bars within a 15 minute walk - but nothing right outside the hotel. Would be nice to have a drying rack in the rooms with laundry washing machines. We had to get creative.

• Heather Jacobs Mahfouz and Khaled (8/5): - Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Separate bedroom with ensuite was great. Washing machine was good. The hotel was walking distance to some nice restaurants. Shuttle will drop you locally. Water bottles and fresh towels were delivered every day and room cleaned daily. Two air con units and two TVs. Pool area and gym was clean and tidy. There is a sauna to use as well. The pool area didn't have much seating. Needs more umbrellas from the hot sun and pool area and gym closed a bit early. We were getting back after a day out so it would have been nice to chill in the cooler evening by the pool or swim a bit. Location was very central but a little far from the BTS train. The hotel shuttle will take you there but I think you have to walk back. Not much in the way of utensils in the kitchen but we made do fine.

Swimming pool was quiet most days I went, which was a nice plus point. The room we booked had a kitchen, but cooking appliances were only provided after I requested for them (and they weren't cleaned well...) Our living room also had a foul odor emanating from the couch/sofa area after the first night, which seemed to be coming from the AC itself, however the couch did not look properly cleaned as well - I had to switch the AC off and open the balcony door for the smell to go away.

• Sammie (1/5): Not worth the money, dated and poor facilities - Bed was comfy and bath tub is nice Did not match description or photos. The room is very dated and what looked in photos to be more luxury furniture has been replaced with clean more tacky alternatives. No city views your balcony has a drain, air con units and looks at a wall. At least 20 mins walk to get to even a reasonable shop. No robes and slippers provided. No kitchenware provided just a couple of glasses plates bowls and spoons and forks. Nothing to cook with or wash up with. With notes saying you can ask reception for kitchenware. No tea or coffee in rooms, have to go to reception. Swimming pool, jakuzi and sauna looked nice but when going to use it the sauna and jakuzi were off and 3 out of the 4 sunbeds are broken. I spilt a drink on the floor and when cleaning it up with a towel the floor was filthy dirty. Washing machine was great but no drying rack for clothes. I checked out a day early as was so disappointed. The hotel is not worth the money at all. They did not handle the complaint well and just said sorry even when I checked out. When complaining to booking.com the hotel still refused to do anything. Looking at previous reviews they have been aware of issues for ages and do nothing to sort anything.

The swimming pool and gym were nice and clean and so were the corridors. Loved the free drinks at the reception. Some staffs were a bit rude. Also, when we checked in they’d put 2 large bottles of water & 2 cans of Coke worth 50 baht(quite pricey! Supermarket sells for 16baht) each, we thought they were complimentary and drank them and later on when we checked out, they cut that from our deposit saying it was not complimentary. ://

The city is becoming greedy.They were very humble and reasonably priced during covid and now they have become greedy. Paying 100090 USD for for 25 days for city like Bangkok is not okay. Remember without foreign money there’s no Vangkok and they’re taking advantage of that

The Wi-Fi was not working inside of my unit and so I was downgraded to a unit with a bit smaller size room and a really bad view from the patio. I recommend that they simply ensure all facilities are working within the unit prior to putting someone inside. Thank you.

• cursedwafflee (4/5): Would not go back, lack of hospitality and didn't feel welcomed as a guest. - Pretty spacious especially for the price, and television was entertaining. Service wasn't that good honestly, when I first walked in the Lobby i didn't really feel welcomed no greeting and the lady gave me an unwelcome look and just gave my card key, other than the guard that helped me with my luggage's. Room service phone wasn't even working so you physically have to walk to the lobby if you have questions on anything, washer was provided but you had to bring your own detergent and hang all your clothes in the balcony which they only gave me this really skinny and small rack for with no hangers. The water in the fridge whom I thought was provided with the stay you have to pay for it?? Bathroom did not feel clean and no rug was provided for the bathroom so it was very slippery, the tub and the sink water was either too hot or too cold so i couldn't control that.

• Kimberley (10/5): Excellent I always return. - I always stay here when visiting Bangkok, it's the 4t or 5th time now, location is good, staff are friendly. room is exceptionally comfortable. THe bed and the bathroom are wonderful. Ample storage space for short or long stays. sometimes the hotel smells of smoke or weed. although there are signs everywhere telling people not to smoke in the rooms.

• Clint Quaak (6/5): slecht onderhoud - Tuk tuk naar station en bed was zeer aan genaam vergeleken met ander beden staat deze zekker in top 3 van beste beden in thailand de schimmel van de lekkage en de lucht ervan bij trug komst in je kamer rook je als eerst als of er ieds niet goed was in je kamer nee was niet de airco zie foto's was droog maar tog denk ik dat je blijft ruiken als je lekkage stopt moet je okk alles op nieuw maaken wat is stuk ,, Er was nog plek met waterschaden vergeten te fotograferen + plus de mechanische ventilatie van de douche werkte niet dus daardoor bleef ook lekker alles hangen qua vocht Keuken was onder ander niet vorzien van panne we moesten er om vragen en toen waren het zeer gebruikt panne waar teflon van los kwam was machine ja maar een drooger nee staat wel op lijsje als je bookt en slot van de deur niet goed als je in je kamer was en je wilden privéstrand van slot aan zeten werkte niet kamer kon wel op slot als je weg ging maar als je geen bezoek will ond vangen va. Kamer meisje en je de deur op extra slot wil doen van bine uit dan kon dit niet , dag 1 klachten aan gegeven er zou iemand komen om te fiksen nooit gekomen
