• Burkhard (6/5): - Es war der Aufenthalt sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvor kommend. Die Auffahrt zum Hotel ist nicht so gut. Es müssten richtige Parkplätze geschaffen werden. Sonst ist die gesamte Anlage zum Entspannen sehr gut. 👍😊

• Keith (9/5): - Staff were great. Hotel had a great pool, and access to the white sand beach. Staff spoke good english. Good restaurants and tour sales nearby. Hot water. Big balcony. It wasnt fancy, but good at this price point.

Thank you 🙏 - Brilliant location just across the road from the beach and close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Lots of wide open space to relax around the pool garden. I had a view from my balcony. The rooms are large. The staff are super lovely, helpful and friendly. Good working fridge and kettle! Not very much space in the bathroom around the basin but the shower itself was large, which is good!

I had a lizard in my room which isn’t the worst thing depending on the type of person you are but can be distressing. My bed sheets didn’t feel fresh and had some small insects on them. Not how the picture/ description describes this place as.

Podczas zameldować pytałem czy będzie wolny Bungalow. Obiecał że za dwa dni, a gdy przyszedłem po dwóch dniach, powiedział że już jest zajęty. Jest kiepskim recepcjonistą

Die Affen die täglich den Balkon betreten und die Sachen klauen wenn man was draußen vergisst. Und die ganzen Balkone sollten sauber gemacht werden und der Garten Richtung Pool sollte aufgeräumt und der Weg erneuert werden im Bad sollte es eine Ablage geben und das Wasser der Dusche ist sehr schwer einzustellen entweder heiß oder kalt
• Lea (2/5): Waardeloos en een teleurstelling - Alleen een goede locatie Alles! Iets verkopen wat totaal niet overeenkomt met de omschrijving zou verboden moeten worden. Daarnaast liepen er in de kamer overal mieren, vieze glazen, twee ongelijke bedden naast elkaar in een onhygiënische omgeving waarbij de badkamer uit elkaar viel. Dit soort acties verpest Thailand dus STOP ermee of wees eerlijk!!!

Il n'y a d'ailleurs pas de table. Le mot d'ordre est de s'enfermer à double tour. Chambre sombre même le jour. Obligé d'allumer les lumières. Devoir laisser une caution en espèces (du jamais vu en Thaïlande) Ce lieu pourrait être attrayant voire beau s'il était entretenu et notamment l'extérieur donnant sur la piscine. Mais il semble délaissé, bâclé... Personnel blasé

Serviettes changées tous les jours, bouteilles d'eau et chambre faite aussi tous les jours ! Piscine propre ! Ascenseurs ! Étant près des arbres et de la jungle, les singes sont très présents et le réveil tôt le matin en sautant sur le toit ! Il faut dire que nous étions au 5eme !

• Savvas (5/5): - The size of the room. The Chandelier. The walls are paper thin. The guy in the next room was speaking french and I could hear every word. The location is a bit off, you need a motorcycle. Despite what the name says there is no beach there. The mattress could had been much better. It had hills and lakes. It had air condition but I didn't use it because it stink.There are very small ants on the table. The worst of all is that I done two times shower with cold water. Why? Because they had not turn on the boiler for the whole floor. That's inconceivable for a four stars hotel.
• JUAN CARLOS (3/5): - El precio y el agua caliente de la ducha "siempre que no salía marrón" La limpieza nefasta, solo faltaba que crecieran champiñones debajo de la cama y en la nevera. La piscina se podía comparar con el lago por la densidad. Muy abandonado el exterior. Los monos el primer día una pasada, a partir del segundo comienzas a odiarlos, sobre todo cuando estás con tu pareja en la intimidad y entran por la puerta de la terraza en la habitación para participar. Sin duda una experiencia maravillosa

• Helen (7/5): - The hotel isn't on the beach it's 300 yards walk over the main road through koh chang resort. The hotel was ok a bit run down with building works happening behind the hotel. The pool was never cleaned so bug's and foliage floating around. Overall was comfortable but not what I expected. I stayed on the island but moved location and cut my stay short at koh Chang cabana. It felt more like a building site than a tropical stay on an island

• Brunner Stefan (1/5): Assozialer Katastrophen Bunker - Überhaupt nichts, nur das ich es überlebt habe die einen Nacht Die Zimmer und der Kühlschrank waren schimmlig. Die Klimaanlage wahrscheinlich auch, ich hatte nach einer Nacht in dieser Bruchbude Atemwegs Probleme. Das Zimmer dreckig,stinkig und es wurde ekelhaft riechender raumduft verteilt um den schimmelgeruch zu verdecken. Die Bettdecke hatte urinflecken, ich habe auf dem Boden geschlafen mit Handtüchern. Es war unzumutbar. Zu guter letzt ist der aufzug stecken geblieben. Wir mussten uns selbst befreien, der Service Knopf funktionierte nicht. Gefährlich ist es dann auch noch. Vom fehlenden Fernseher oder den angeblichen 28 qm möchte ich erst garnicht sprechen.

Området vid hillside där bungalow låg såg stökigt ut. Med enkla medel skulle personal kunna få det fint, så intrycket för gäster blir bättre. Poolen vid hillside var smutsig och ingen personal eller service. Nattetid stördes man av apor som var nära boendet. Frukost var lite väl enkel och enahanda med tanke på pris. Man ser också att hela resorten skull må bra av en upprustning, ganska slitet.

• Michael (5/5): Für 2-3 Nächte okay - Die Lage abseits der Straße war sehr ruhig. Aufgrund der Lage ist man mit dem Roller schnell an alles relevanten Punkten. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und die Ausstattung ist stark abgenutzt.
