• Orlyn (5/5): - During my stay, I extended my booking and made sure to take excellent care of the home. Upon checkout, I personally cleaned the space thoroughly — I gathered all the garbage, and because there was no on-site disposal available, I went out of my way to transport it elsewhere myself. The cleaning staff even saw me cleaning before I left and thanked me, noting that she had no complaints about the condition of the home. Despite this, I discovered some concerning issues that were present upon arrival — there were acrylic nails left on the floor in the master bedroom, and a small bag of cannabis was found in a chair in one of the other bedrooms. I reported these issues to ensure there was full transparency, as they were clearly left by a previous guest. What has been most frustrating is that my $1,000 security deposit has still not been returned, and I have not received any update, explanation, or communication regarding its status, even after reaching out multiple times. I take pride in being a respectful and responsible guest, and I ensured the home was left in better condition than I found it. It’s a beautiful property overall, but the lack of accountability for pre-existing cleanliness issues and the ongoing delay with my deposit has been extremely disappointing. I hope this is addressed properly so future guests do not experience the same situation.
