If Hossam offers to pick you up, take him up on the offer from the Bus or Airport, UBER in Luxor is not reliable & the drivers always cancel the accepted ride, trying to renegotiate the price!

Está un poco lejos de los lugares a visitar, pero es mejor porque es muy tranquilo , se visita fácilmente con taxi o rentando una bicicleta. • Dayna (8/5): Clean new West Bank apartment far from crowds - The place was clean, quiet with comfortable beds and a filling breakfast with views of the Nile. Owner responded to messages quickly and arranged transport to public ferry. Apartment is only a few months old. Note Air conditioning is only in the bedroom making the living room very hot. Kitchen contains mini fridge, counter top induction burner, kettle, frying pan, 2 small plates, 1 dinner plate, forks, knives no spoons or utensils ,and two champagne flutes for glasses. Not really useful for any meal prep. Was not a problem for us but if you wanted to cook meals would be. Maybe you could ask for more from owner. We arranged airport pick up which didn’t arrive due to a car breakdown. The place is far from the ferry and anything else really. Please note we chose deluxe apartment and there was a discrepancy with the listings description and actual amenities. No oven- owner said we could use the one in the breakfast room. No washing machine- owner said he’ll arrange laundry to be done. No fireplace- didn’t need it 38 degrees. After messaging him a hair dryer / iron/ wifi router were brought up. None of these were deal breakers for us but you should know what you are actually receiving.

• Iron KZ (10/5): Fantastiskt boende och upplevelse i Luxor - Fantastiskt trevlig bemötande och service, Lägenhet i toppklass belägen vid bästa view över Nilen, stor rumlig Rooftop. Området är lugn och autentisk. Ägaren mr Hosam är otrolig vänlig och tipsar gärna om allt man behöver för att få en fantastisk vistelse i Luxor. Frukosten var utomordentligt bra, husmanskost, äkta Egyptiska råvaror från landet i närheten. Sovrummet har AC och mörkläggningsgardiner, mycket bekväm ny säng.

• Mario (5/5): Es opción si lo que que quieres es estar lejos de todo con buena vista - Excelente vista al rio Nilo y muy silencioso. Buenas instalaciones en general, muy limpio. Muy lejos de todo, y es muy difícil llegar caminando. Te sientes como muy aparte de todo, y eso conlleva un poco de inseguridad, así como también difícil de explicar al taxista. No funcionó nunca el WiFi a pesar de que le dijimos al encargado y simplemente no respondió. El refrigerador olía pesimo. No hay cortina de baño por lo que al ducharte quedará todo el baño mojado y no hay trapero.

• Mariam (8/5): - The host Hossam was amazingly helpful and cheerful all the time. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Bigger than I expected! The furniture is great quality. Towels were provided and even extra sheets/pillows upon request. I had to go down to the kitchen to use the fridge & cooker for my baby's food, until they got us a mini fridge in the room. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, and can be delivered to the apartment. Nice views from the balcony, super quiet and chill area, we saw both locals and tourists. Lots of greenery around, and even the naturally existing bugs are friendly, I didn't get a single bite from a mosquito or anything in 3 days. The location was so hard to find initially, and hard to get to for any taxi coming to pick us up, and far from all kinds of public transportation/shops/restaurants, we felt very cut off from the world. It literally took 30 minutes by car to get anywhere. Kitchen facilities are too minimal to allow any cooking: basically just a counter, tap & kettle. I couldn't even find a fork or spoon. There are no restaurants or supermarkets delivering here - my husband had to go out and hunt around the neighborhood for our dinners. Wifi was weak, or irregular, so I depended mostly on my phone data.

• Jose Varas (10/5): - Pasamos dos noches en Luxor y la experiencia fue genial. El anfitrión, Hussam, es fantástico: muy atento y amable, hizo que me sintiera como en casa. La ubicación no está en pleno centro, pero está cerca del río Nilo, en una zona tranquila y silenciosa, ideal para descansar. El precio está muy bien y el desayuno egipcio, delicioso y completo. Sin duda, un lugar para recomendar si buscas buen trato y tranquilidad en Luxor.

Además nos dio facilidades a la hora de reservar tours y restaurantes. Recomendable por precio y ubicación. Al ser el mes de Ramadán hubo algún problema con los horarios de desayuno, pero es comprensible.

• Yumiko (10/5): 快適に住んで現地の人と友だちに！ - 女性二人での初めてのルクソールです。　ナイルの西岸は東と違ってとってもゆったりのんびり。　宿の外は現地の方が生活する子供たちが道端で遊ぶとこです。歩くと地元の子供たちにたくさん挨拶されて話したり！宿はとても新しい大きなアパートタイプ、でもクックした朝食を出してくれます。毎日オムレツやヤギのチーズとトマトなど使ったものと朝に買ってきたエジプトのパンを出してくれます。　ベッドルームと大きな光が入るリビング、ナイルと椰子の木が見えます。　宿の方はリーゾナブルな価格の色々なツアー(タクシーやミニバスで色々訪れるプラン)をアレンジできて、急に来て無計画な私たちもルクソール、アスワン、　アブシンベルの色々なとこ訪れることできました。　中はとってもモダンで涼しい清潔なアパートです。　アニメテイ優しい小物は自分の持って行った方が良いです。　普通の人の生活に出会えるロケーションなんです。　女性にもおすすめ。　安心して現地の気分満喫 大きなできたばっかりみたいなアパートは素晴らしい。ハンドソープやシャワージェルや食器を洗う洗剤とブラシがあったらいいなとおもいました。

Размер номера впечатлил - очень большая гостиная с диваном и кроватью и отельная комната с двумя кроватями, подойдет для большой семьи. Есть чайник. Просторный балкон с видом на Нил. Хороший душ. Сотрудник на ресепшене организовал трансфер в аэропорт.

• Marcello (9/5): - Great price for an apartment with big living room, balcony, private bathroom and nice bedroom. Nice view from rooftop. Great included breakfast. Owner super friendly and kind, open to help and meet your needs. Overall the building feels a bit empty, apartments and rooftop could be furnished and decorated a bit more. Wifi has some problems because there is one router for each floor, so if you apartment does not have the router it does not really work. But when i asked he gave it to me. The area is nice, it’s a farming area so it’s poor but also authentic and with nature. However is very isolated, with not a lot of services except expensive (but good) family restaurants. So to move around you need taxis which in luxor are very expensive, so what you save for the apartment you spend for other things. I have not done any activity (tours or taxis) proposed by the owner because they were always more expensive than others. He should look better at the prices and make some discounts for his guests. Hossam ist ein unglaublich herzlicher Gastgeber, und auch das ganze Team war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war richtig lecker, und ich fand es toll, dass man Touren ganz entspannt und ohne Druck buchen konnte. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber genau das macht den Aufenthalt so angenehm ruhig – fast wie ein kleines Dorf mit viel Charme. Der Blick auf den Nil war einfach wunderschön. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

There is one main staff member and he is brilliant, he cooks the breakfasts and cleans the rooms, he was also there for me incase in needed anything during my stay. I really liked the breakfast, the omelette was superb and the oranges very sweet, also made by the main staff member. The shower is an open style shower with no curtain or enclosement to protect the whole bathroom floor from getting wet.

• philippe (8/5): Un bon rapport qualité prix - Cet hôtel récent offre des studios spacieux, assez confortables avec une jolie vue sur le Nil. Au calme, loin de l'agitation de la ville. Hossam, le gérant est très sympathique. bienveillant et toujours ouvert à la discussion. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et a été varié à notre demande. Hossam nous a proposé des tarifs très intéressants, pour le taxi qui vient vous chercher et pour les excursions dans les vallées. En deçà de l'ensemble des tarifs proposés par les plate-forme, les tours opérateurs et autres excursionistes en tout genre... Il a prévu d'aménager le roof top qui n'était pas terminé, en restaurant, la vue y est superbe ! Idem pour certains studios dont les cuisines n'étaient pas complètements terminées et équipées. Et c'est pour cela qu'il met à disposition la cuisine du rez-de-chaussée si besoin. Le wifi est bon (rare en Égypte) mais pas partout...
• Anaïs (7/5): Cocon à l'écart du centre avec belle vue avec quelques défauts - Le studio est grand, c'est agréable. La vue sur le Nil est belle. Le lit est grand et confortable. La possibilité d'aller sur le toit pour profiter d'une vue à 360 degrés. L'emplacement a l'écart du centre qui permet d'être au calme. La gentillesse de l'hôte. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner (servi entre 8h et 10h) Lors de notre séjour, le réseau wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Dans la salle de douche. Il y avait des odeurs d'eaux usées qui remontaient et l'eau de la douche ne s'évacuaient pas facilement et stagnaient jusqu'au lendemain (la présence d'une raclette aurait permis de l'évacuer facilement sans se mouiller les pieds pour aller aux toilettes). Il aurait été agréable d'avoir deux chaises au moins voir une petite table sur le balcon pour profiter de la vue.

• cdpuwei (8/5): 较舒服。 - King Nile Luxor的早餐就是当地味道，没有单独的煮鸡蛋或者煎鸡蛋，没有牛奶，服务员做早餐时间很长。 1. 预订房间的时候看到有洗衣机，结果老板说洗衣机坏了，如果要洗衣服的话送到外面去洗，且自己付费。2. WiFi的话除了一楼有信号，其他房间基本没有信号，这是事实。3. 酒店的位置非常非常偏，交通极其不方便，额外增加交通费用。4. 酒店的环境相对可以。

• Wendy (10/5): - Spacious apt and location is fine. Although on West Bank , is walkable to ferry (30min) and there are safe places to walk and see authentic Egyptian life. Nile and balloon views from balcony and rooftop. Owner is great and very genial to everyone. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and very nice breakfast. No complaints

Sinon 15mn de la rive pour aller de l’autre côté. Pour info, à luxor a la gare, il y’a des arnaqueurs, n’annuler jamais une course si on vous le demande c’est aux chauffeurs vtc d’annuler sinon ils prennent votre argent

• Sooraj (7/5): Good hotel. - 1)It’s built very recently, so almost everything is new. 2)It also offers Nile river views from balcony. 3) The owner and staff are really friendly and helpful. Owner allowed us to do early checkin for first room at 8 am and second room at 11:30 am. Appreciate it. 1)It’s a bit too remote, so a bit hard to reach there. Careem or Uber will overcharge since it’s located on the West Bank. 2) For First day breakfast (5 people), we were only offered with one plate of salad, one plate of mashed potato, one plate of beans curry. The second day, there were 2 plates of each food item that I mentioned earlier and also fruits, falafels you and pita bread. So I wonder why it was like that for my first day. I don’t really mind it anyway.

• Mohamed (10/5): The best - I liked everything about King Nile Luxor hotel, starting from the cool smiley Hossam, the host, to the clean bedsheets. Everything here was clean, tidy and the room is spacious! Everything is quite new so it's very well served! The view from the rooftop was just as excepted and as I saw in the photos. The Nile and the greenfield is everything I wanted to see during my stay. Breakfast is very nice too! Very hot Smashed potatoes, fol, and falfel/eggs. Location is very convientnet for the most part..easy to find and easy to go back. What matters the most is Hossam the great fair host, thank you again.

Quieter, very Egyptian area with good view to Nile River. Using a tuk tuk, motorcycle taxi or a cab such as Uber or Indrive you'd find all sites easily accessible and very easy. I have no hesitation at all in visiting again. And, I highly recommend King Nile Luxor for your budget friendly and family run hotel. Nothing at all. Very satisfied and once again an excellent service
