- Emi (10/5): とても良かったです！ - スタッフさんとはメッセージでのやり取りしかしていませんが、とても親切で気持ちの良い対応をしていただけました！ またお部屋もとても綺麗にされており、立地も駅やお酒を楽しめる商店街に近くリーズナブル過ぎると感じました！ また大阪に立ち寄った際には利用したいです！ ロケーションはとくに求めてないですが強いて言うなら線路が近いので電車の音と景色、本当にこれぐらいで全体的にとても良かったです！

- Shang-Hsuan (7/5): 便宜又舒適的出租型公寓 - 1. 原本因為這間最便宜才選，一直有點擔心，結果出乎意料的好! 2. 房間雖然不大，但浴室、廁所、廚房一應俱全，很適合長期居住 3. 有免費的洗衣機和烘衣機可以使用 1. 旁邊就是鐵路，列車經過有點吵 2. 附近很多汽車旅館，感覺環境有點複雜 3. 沙發床的枕頭和被子藏在衣櫃裡，有點難拿出來

- SASAYA (8/5): 便利 - 安く泊まれたこと。 駅から近い事。 トイレとお風呂が別な事。 テレビ、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、洗濯機、乾燥機がある。 皆さんがおっしゃる通り、治安に不安。 でも、夜、出歩かなければ問題ないかな。 洗濯機がベランダなので、暑い時は蚊が入ってきそう。あと乾燥機は1階の入り口にあるから、盗まれたりとか考えると不安でした。

- Tomoko (2/5): 最悪でした。 - 良かった点は駅から割と近かったこと。 よくなかった点はラブホ街で、途中から宿泊先まで行くのに女性だとちょっと不安な気がしました。幸い今回は友人と2人だったため、急いでラブホ街を通り抜け、なんとか宿泊先に辿り着けましたが、もし1人だったら心細かったと思います。夜のチェックインは気をつけた方が良いと感じました。 部屋の番号がメールでいただいていた番号と違っていたり、入り方もわからず連絡先が不明だったため、部屋に入るまでに時間がかかった。 階段だったため、2階でしたが重いスーツケースを抱えて登るのが大変でした。 すぐ近くを電車が通っており、音が気になりました。 エントランスにゴミが置いてあり、汚かった。 忘れ物をしたため、最初に入室の仕方が分からず連絡した後にお返事をいただいたショートショートメールに電話したり、メッセージを何度も送ったのですが途中からお返事が途絶えてしまい、取りに行くタイミングを逸してしまいました。 着払いで送ってくださるようメールでお願いしたところ、送料プラス手数料として2,000円かかりますとのお返事。 入室から忘れ物の対応に関して感じたのは、連絡がすぐに取れず不便なのと、不親切だと感じました。 予約の際、口コミは割とよかったので、予約し利用させていただいたのですが、もう二度と利用はしないと思います。 周辺の状況や入室の仕方、困った際の連絡先など、もう少し明確にして表示し、もっと迅速な対応をしていただけたらと思いました。

- Azami (3/5): Very disappointed as this was our last day in Japan. - It was close to the kyobashi station, 10min. There are convenience stores, Takoyaki shops, some goodies stores nearby. To get to the location, you have to go through the hood, like the love hotel alley. If you have family with you, or even if you are by yourself, it's very uncomfortable going through that area. Even the folks says it's safe, as a Japanese native I felt unsafe. Also, we clearly stated we have three adults and one infant when booking, however, we were given very small studio with only one twin bed prepared to sleep. My mom needed to open up the sofa bed and get comforters and other beddings out of the closet to prepare her bed which was a little bit of hustle to get them out from the small closet. Had no space for our luggage to be in the same room, so all of our luggage were left at the entrance. The convenience store was close and an arcade was close, so we walked towards there to look for something to pick up for dinner. However, we realized there were a few girls standing on that street. They didn't look like they were trying to catch the customer to bring them to their bars or lounge, but they looked more like a prostitute. Some look like minor and some look like over 50 years old. Considering how the love hotels are close by I think our assumptions might be correct. With that being said, I definitely don't recommend staying at this location as a family, especially if you have a small children. It just makes you feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.

- Aguilar (9/5): Superb - I like it, this place has all the necessary things to stay. It is like 8 minutes walking to the station. There are some motels near but you don't need to worry about it, I was very safe . The place is a little bit cold but has an ac and you can be warm inside the room . But outside like the bathroom is very cold . But I think it is because of the winter. I really slept very warm.

- Oliver (9/5): Great. - Location was great in Kyoubashi, close to the station, cozy place, nice bathroom and kitchenette with ample space for two to three people for two friends or a small family. More covers for the sofa bed could have been included.
