SUZANE (7/5): Satisfatória - Gostei da cama confortável, da agua filtrada muito bom que evita comprar agua, gostei do ferro a vapor de passar . Nao gostei que n anunciou diz que é 650 m da paulista, mas nao diz que é muita ladeira pra chegar la, nao diz que o quarto e pequeno para 3 pessoas grandes , porque nao e nada confortável para 3 pessoas. Nao gostei da lentidao do fechamento da porta que o ladrao pode entrar junto com a gente. Entao sao coisas que podem ser melhorada avisando no anuncio disso tudo.

Carolyna Couto (9/5): Acesso rápido e prático ao prédio - Acesso rápido e prático ao prédio. Boa localização. Prédio silencioso. Precisa melhorar limpeza, geladeira estava suja, exaustor do banheiro com muito acúmulo de poeira que caia no chão. Biombo bem empoeirado.
Jares (5/5): Um pouco decepcionante: localização e custo benefício não agradaram. - O apartamento é ok, tem o básico. Tv, chuveiro e internet atendem bem. Fiquei 4 diárias no apto 603. Já na noite do primeiro dia o ar condicionado apresentou problema. Informei pela manhã à administração através do WhatsApp, que era o canal de comunicação escolhido por ela, mas não tive solução até minha saída. Sequer uma resposta houve. A localização não me agradou: é uma região eminentemente residencial e a noite bastante deserta. Não há nada de comércio muito próximo. Para completar há uma ladeira bem íngrime no acesso à rua. O banheiro é muito pequeno. A disposição da cama e o tamanho do armário não são compatíveis para um casal, atendem bem uma pessoa. A vista é para a parede do prédio ao lado. O custo benefício não foi positivo, creio que com o valor pago conseguiria me hospedar melhor na região.
