- Melissa (4/5): Its cheap for a reason - Parking was 84 dollars every night they say you can purchase a parking permit for 28 dollars a day thats a lie. Paid more for parking for 4 days than anything else I did the whole time I was there. There is no parking at the facility. The Washer at the facility did not work like they assured me it would.

- frank (1/5): Buena ubicación de la habitación , limpio, organizado pero no apta para personas con baja tolerancia a la humedad ambien - Me gusto’ La ubicación, es céntrico y a metros del mar La habitación tiene una excesiva humedad ambiental , no se si son las paredes de la habitación o la falta de limpieza de los filtros del aire acondicionado, Una vez llegué a la habitación, a los 5 minutos traté de comunicarme con él propietario en varias ocasiones y por varias vias , por teléfono, email, mensajes en el app y nunca recibí respuesta inmediata por lo que tuvimos que retirarnos de la propiedad a los 25 minutos de estar allí, Se que la reserva no es reembolsable pero como saber con anticipación las condiciones de la habitación si no accedemos a ella, La app menciona un descuento por cancelación que no aplico’ por que ya había accedido al inmueble, me siento engañado y no atendido de acuerdo a la situación momentánea , Espero se resuelva esta situación para futuros inquilinos, gracias

Очень старые кухонные принадлежности: сковородки поцарапаны очень сильно, а они алюминиевые, что очень опасно для здоровья. Газовые конфорки работали 2 из 4, что было крайне не удобно. Дверь в душ не закрывалась плотно, после каждого приема душа на полу в ванной было по косточку воды. Мокрые вещи сушить негде от слова совсем. Понравилась большая кровать, большой телевизор, хозяева, наличие пылесоса.

- Maria (8/5): Volvería sin dudas pero viajaría en Uber - El alojamiento estaba bueno y cómodo, la higiene inmejorable y el personal muy atento. No me gustó que no tenía parqueo propio y tuvimos que pagar como visitantes. El pago del parqueo fue casi como el del alojamiento.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The apartment shows signs of time, but the location compensates for everything. Very good contact with the owner. I recommend this apartment, we spent 10 wonderful days there. The big advantage is the exterior patio😀 More dishes would be useful.

- Christopher (1/5): Not good. - I’d like to escalate a concern regarding our stay. Between the condition of the rooms and the overall experience, this did not meet expectations. First, the cleanliness of the rooms upon arrival was unacceptable and did not reflect the standard that should come with this price point, roaches left dead around and the trash full. This alone significantly impacted our stay. Additionally, the parking situation was not clearly communicated. Being on Hollywood Beach, parking is a major factor, yet no guidance or options were provided upfront. We had to go out of our way to figure it out, and only after asking were we sent a link for discounted parking. This added unnecessary stress and inconvenience to our stay. Due to all of the TSA issues at airports, I tried to move my dates… denied that. Definitely denied a chance of a partial or full refund. The texts about the door code- were great! Had the door code but no idea what unit we were.. figured there was some kind of after hours number to call. It is a text only number. By the last night of our stay our code completely stopped working. Called, texted… actually found another couple wandering around wondering what unit they were also.

- Rachel (10/5): Do not miss this opportunity - Amazing owners, they were so accommodating to all my questions and needs. The location is epic, and I never missed a gorgeous sunrise because ITS RIGHT THERE! I had such a great experience, and it was for my fiancé's 40th Birthday and he had such a magical time. We were so comfortable and so happy for our stay. Highly recommend this beautiful place for a get away!

- Sheila (10/5): It was amazing - The location was amazing , just steps from the ocean . Close enough to everything that you can walk anywhere you want to go but far enough away from the chaos . This site is on the south end of the board walk and most of the loud bars and such are north of margaritaville. Publix is just over a mile away so we walked there too. I guess if you have some sort of handicap or health issues you wouldn’t want to walk but a mile is not far in my opinion . The building is older and it isn’t perfect but I was clean. No bugs. No stained sheets. No weird smells. No mold in the shower . If you want to do laundry on site bring quarters it is 1.50 per wash and per dry. They have beach chairs and an umbrella (we didn’t use them but I did see them ) and they also had 4 beach towels in our unit . We were given a starter of small dish soap bath essentials 2 toilet paper and one paper towel. The unit had a sleeper sofa which we did not use so I cannot vouch for its comfort. The hosts were responsive , we checked in early at 2pm and a little late at 12noon , with their approval of course, as they have to set the codes. The only thing I can say is more of a personal preference. The pillows were firm for me but everyone is different . My fiancé seemed fine with it but at home he sleeps with 2 pillows and I sleep with one pretty flat and soft one

A menedzser segítőkészsège tetszett mert a parkolás ès annak fizetèse nagyon nehèzkes az Európából èrkezőknek. Az elhelyezkedès kifogástalan. Összessègèben visszamennènk. Az internet lehetett volna jobb, gyorsabb. Ráfèrne egy kis felújítás pár dologra. Zuhany fej rögzítèse, parketta állapota, előtető ki volt szakadva a tipli a falból. A padló kifejezetten koszos volt ráfèrt volna egy alapos felmosás. Apróságok kis munkával minden tökèletes lehetne. Látszik hogy règen sok pènz volt mindenre szánva igènyesen berendezett szállás lehetett mostanra kopott a szèpsèg. Ruhásszekrèny hiánya.

My unit was not clean to how you would expect a hotel to be, then at night the roaches came out to play. The parking situation is horrible. They send you the wrong link for the “daily permit” so you HAVE to message them for the daily one.

- Ashley (9/5): Beach Stay for an Away Game - The condo/apartment was about 1/2 block from the beach...the owners provided beach chairs (with backpack straps for carrying...GENIUS!) and beach towels; this made choice to go to the beach a NO-BRAINER!! Another thing that we like was that iit was so easy to get from where were staying to shops and restaurants, because we walked pretty much EVERYWHERE on the Broadwalk! We also liked the online check-in (before arrival) and keyless entry - since we had an evening flight, it was amazing to be able to have IMMEDIATE access to our condo/apartment upon arrival. The property managers/owners were VERY responsive and thoughtful. They checked on us frequently to ensure we had no issues during our stay, and even messaged us the check-out requirements the morning of check-out. Very much appreciated. There were a few things I didn't like, but I think that was due to wear and tear: old baseboards (a corner of the baseboard was missing in the bathroom, behind the bathroom door), minor issue with sound on bedroom TV going in and out (which later resolved itself), and had a few tiny tiny ants (which I assume is normal for a beach property). Overall, the things we did not like were SMALL, and nothing that ruined our stay (or desire to stay here in the future). And again, any issue we reported the owners/property managers were IMMEDIATELY available.

Лестница на второй этаж в темное время суток не освещается. За парковку надо платить около 100 долларов в сутки! Телевизор постоянно "замерзал". В последний день мы получили сообщение что мы обязаны вынести мусор.
