Staff were nice and you can access the reception after check out to use the lockers free of charge which was very useful for my late night flight. The restaurant recommandations were perfect + you can do some laundry for a very small price, ask the reception + the place was really quiet even with construction work outside No bike parking around, so if your plan is to rent electric bikes for the full stay keep in mind that you will have to adapt to the bike shop opening hours … + no mid stay cleaning before 3 days even if you ask, we stayed 4 days and had no cleaning at all …

- Corinna M. (10/5): Ottima base di appoggio per visitare Valencia - Struttura vicino alla Marina di Valencia, ben collegata anche alla Ciutat Vella con bus (fermata a 300m) e metro (fermata a 900m). Monolocale ampio, con bell'affaccio su patio interno; arredato in stile moderno, pulito, dotato di cucina con molti elettrodomestici (frigo e freezer, piano cottura ad induzione, forno, tostapane, macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie) e provvista degli utensili e stoviglie e posate più che sufficienti, tavolo da pranzo, bagno con ampia doccia e set cortesia, oltre a phon; presenza di letto matrimoniale e divano letto anch'esso a due piazze, entrambi comodi. Ingresso/uscita indipendenti con codice, pertanto card/key-less. Ottima illuminazione. Possibilità di deposito bagagli e bagno di servizio. Staff cortese e disponibile: menzione speciale per la solare Ester. Nulla, anzi, avrei soggiornato volentieri più di 3gg.

- nikolor (10/5): Excellent stay in Valencia - A fantastic place to stay – brand new, modern, and equipped with everything you might need. Everything was clean, functional, and thoughtfully designed. The location is great, with easy access to the city, and an added bonus is a nearby bike rental, which is perfect for exploring Valencia. Close to the park, close the beach, close to La Ciutat and just slightly outside the city center, but still very easy to reach, which made it both convenient and a bit more relaxed. Highly recommended!

- Tatiana (7/5): - Es war sehr sauber. Praktisch sind die Schließschränke im Gang zur Gepäckaufbewahrung und dass man mit dem Zahlencode in die Unterkunft reingeht. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Küchenausstattung mit dem Geschirr war etwas dürftig. Es gab nur einen Deckel für den zweitkleinsten Topf, der große Topf und die Pfanne hatten keine Deckel. Eine richtige Salatschüssel könnte man auch gebrauchen. Es gibt nur 2 Messer zum Schneiden, kein Brotmesser. Aus der Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist es nicht ersichtlich, dass es keine Waschmaschine direkt im Apartment gibt, sondern eine im Gang, deren Benutzung 4€ kostet. Darüber hat uns beim Einchecken niemand aufgeklärt. Die ersten 4 Tage war die Rezeption auch nicht besetzt, wahrscheinlich wegen der Osterfeiertage. Mit unseren Fragen nach Waschmaschine und dem fehlenden Wasserkocher haben wir uns an die Reinigungskräfte gewandt, die sehr freundlich und herzlich waren und uns geholfen haben. Daraufhin ist prompt eine Nachricht vom Eigentümer/Verwalter mit dem Hinweis auf die Bezahlung der Waschmaschinenbenutzung gekommen.

Also a nice table to dine on, large freezer, comfy bed, airco and fan, windows to see the porch, very nice towels and more The floor wasn’t comfortable to walk bare foot, the hallway was very loud when people went through, can also hear other people flush

Fijn dat je zelf kunt koken. Zelfs een diepvriesruimte! Appartement is redelijk geluidsdicht. Elke dag handoekenwissel. Tip: broodmes in keukenlade leggen. Dat was het enige wat mistte in keukeninventaris!

- Bonnie (9/5): Overall really enjoyed our stay. Good value for money. - Good size apartment, clean and comfortable. Access to Netflix. Short walk to train station. Supermarket nearby. Fairly quiet despite there being construction across the road. Bit of a distance to beach and restaurants but not too much of a problem.

- Silvio (9/5): Breve, intenso ed emozionante - Struttura moderna e recente Personale super cordiale e professionale Ottima la possibilità di lasciare in struttura le valigie prima del check-in e dopo il check-out in locker gratuiti L’unica piccola pecca è che la struttura è situata un po’ distante dal centro e dalle attrattive principali di Valencia. In ogni caso con 7/8 minuti di cammino si raggiunge la prima stazione della metropolitana con la quale si può girare e raggiungere tutto comodamente

- Reyes (9/5): Muy buen apartamento con todo lo que necesitas - Es un apartamento muy completo y Aurora es un encanto, muy atenta y simpática. La ubicación está cerca de una parada del autobús que te lleva al centro y a unos 15 minutos andando de la playa. Lo recomiendo! Ya se lo comentamos a Aurora, pero había un olor raro en la habitación, puede ser porque está cerca de la playa. Pero con ventilación y ambientador todo era mejor.

- Alice (9/5): - La propreté des appartements, et les échanges avec le personnel, à l’écoute et très réactif. Le réseau de ventilation du studio 1, toutes les fumées et odeur de cuisine de l’appartement voisin se retrouvent dans le studio. Ce qui a déclenché l’alarme incendie mais le problème a été rapidement pris en charge.
