yoshida (8/5): 池袋近くのキレイなお部屋 - 池袋の繁華街から近くて、その割には静かな環境できれいなお部屋エレベーターが無いので、３階以上のお部屋だと荷物を持って上がるのが大変。あと、部屋の中がとても狭いので、ゴハンを食べる場所の確保も大変でした
Linda (8/5): Fantastic location and facilities. Compact but had everything we needed. - Great location, very tidy apartment. Had washer in the bathroom which was amazing and a drying room facility for drying the clothes which was fantastic. No lift so had to carry suitcase up 5 flight of stairs.

YUKO (7/5): 東京一人旅には快適！交通の便がいい - 立地がよく東京の色んな場所に行くのに快適でした。池袋駅までも歩いてすぐです。エレベーターがなく、5階まで階段で大荷物をもっての移動がほんとに大変でした。下の階そうの人は楽だと思います。あとは、思ったより狭かったです

HSUAN-KUEI (7/5): Not bad, you get what you pay for. - Nice neighborhood, close to Ikebukuro and Sunshine City Bus Terminal. The Wi-Fi is good. It’s quite a long walk to all three nearby stations. The room is very small, and I kept bumping into things every day. There is a washing machine, but no detergent was provided. The water pressure is weak, and the gate is noisy. The TV does not support streaming apps (e.g., YouTube, Netflix, Abema, or TVer).

Edward Oliver (9/5): - It's really nice, small but efficient and is near the places I wanted to visit I love the area. The upstairs neighbor was too loud at midnight, so it was difficult to sleep the last 3 days because of the noise, fortunately it was just the 3 last days and not the entire stay and those same days someone left the front door open.
