• Dawid (8/5): - Great localisation, close to the metro station Pretty room with great view from the balcony Really nice host I could hear people talking in the other room, the door in the apartment is not sound proof at all. Also the light in the hall is turned on the whole night, getting in the room through the space between door and floor.

• Guest (10/5): Great spot, great price, great service! - We really enjoyed our two night stay. It was our first time in Rome and we arrived earlier than planned but Alessandra was great about letting us get our bags checked in while the room was being prepared so we didn’t have to lug the around the city. The location is great, very close to Re di Roma metro station and the Tuscolana train station (we used this to get to Travestere and the Vatican). The cafe downstairs and around the corner is a good spot for morning pastries and drinks and we absolutely loved the pasticceria ‘Charlotte’ around the corner. We had small troubles with the AC unit because the tank was full so it started dripping a bit inside the room but I texted Alessandra to let her know and she offered to send someone right away. When she told me the issue I realized it would take ten seconds to fix it myself so I did that. All in all, would happily stay here again and recommend to anyone. A couple things that didn’t bother us but might be nice to know: 1) there was no door to the toilet in our restroom. Not sure if this is the case for all rooms but it’s basically just in a corner behind a wall of the shower. So you might have people step out on the balcony if you need privacy. 2) the rooms are on the 8th floor and the elevator is TINY. We had carryon bags so it wasn’t a big deal but if you have large suitcases it might require multiple trips

• Guest (10/5): Amazing and Romantic - We had an amazing stay at Lyo Sky Rooms in Rome! The view of the city from our room was absolutely stunning, and at night the lights inside made the space feel so vibrant and welcoming. It is a great place for a romantic stay, the lights and atmosphere were amazing. The view from the balcony had multiple landmarks and sunset right at our view. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, they went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable, leaving snacks and water for us, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of exploring. They were also kind enough to let us keep our bags at the property, which made our trip so much easier. Overall, everything about our experience was warm, convenient, and memorable. Highly recommend staying here if you want both comfort and a beautiful Roman city view!

• Ali (10/5): - We had a really great stay at this accommodation in Rome. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived, and we were warmly welcomed by a kind staff member who helped us up to the room and showed us around. Throughout our stay, we were in contact with Alexandra via messages — she was incredibly helpful, always responded quickly, and made us feel very well taken care of. The room and bathroom were in excellent condition, and Alexandra even left us drinks and snacks, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. We really appreciated that. Other than that, everything was great. We had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this place! The only small downside was that there was no fridge in the room. Since Rome gets very hot, it would have been useful to have a place to keep water and other drinks cool. That was the only thing that made it a bit inconvenient.

• Kasia (10/5): Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. - For starters the location was perfect, only 5 minutes away from central Rome using the nearby metro but far enough away from tourist areas to enjoy the authenticity and kindness shown to us in the local area, the room was well organised, clean and very beautiful including a stunning balcony view and air conditioning to keep us cool. The owners of the property were lovely and very accommodating, answering any questions we may have had and making sure we were enjoying our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge, but other than that no complaints whatsoever.

• Lara (10/5): I have already saved the location for future visits to Rome and have already mentioned to friends I know with planned vi - The property extremely accessible to public transit it was just out of the city center between 2 metro stations and one major rail station making this a perfect spot to get to and also quieter for a great nights sleep. Everything was above expectations

• Anonymous (10/5): Amazing stay, so modern for Rome - Room was gorgeous, immaculately clean & very good size. Lovely welcome from owner who showed us around, locked gate to get in to apartment block, lift to go up the stairs, locked front door with key code then each room inside apartment had their own locks like a hotel. So modern, especially for Rome. Attention for detail 10/10, the owners sent a list of recommendations on arrival for food/places to visit as well as a little gift on day of departure. Not so much a dislike, we did not know what to expect but it was a flat split into separate rooms (they were all key card locked like a hotel which was good). Only complaint was our room and bathroom were separate, the bathroom was locked with a key and only for our use but when we had to use during the night/go for a shower we would have to go out into the hall which was a communal area to use. Although we did not see anyone else the full time during our stay. I think all other rooms an en-suites, so I would recommend requesting one of they rooms if possible, however it would not put me off staying again.
• Sareh (10/5): Exceptional in every aspect - We stayed ten nights in Italy across different cities, and our accommodations were generally within the same price range. Among them all, this place truly stood out in every aspect. It not only met my expectations but exceeded them. The welcome was warm and very well organized. We received detailed information via email about the area ahead of our arrival. The owner is incredibly responsive — communication was fast and effective. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the metro and bus stations, and close to all major attractions. The room was spotless and modern, exactly as shown in the pictures. It felt like home. The security locks were top-notch, giving us peace of mind. It honestly felt like a room in a 5-star hotel. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A big thank you to Stefano and Alessandra!
