• Dominique (10/5): Le TOP. - Ambiance sublime. La très grande classe ! Les personnels sont distingués et des plus serviables. L’hôtel a été totalement refait : le cadre est prestigieux, les décors sont raffinés. Beaucoup de références au monde du cinéma. Les chambres ont été conçues avec goût. Les équipements sont de très haute qualité, il ne manque rien. Les petits déjeuners sont merveilleux. Je ne peux que recommander. Cet hôtel restera pour moi un inoubliable souvenir. Pour apporter un élément plus critique (il en faut pour ne pas être accusé d’absence d’impartialité) : la route qui mène à l’hôtel en partant du musée du cinéma (avenue Erraha), traverse une zone un peu désertique qui mériterait d’être rendue plus accueillante. Bien entendu, l’établissement n’y est pour rien. C’est à la Ville de faire des embellissements. Je me rends régulièrement à Ouarzazate depuis 35 ans. Et dire que je ne connaissais pas l'hôtel, qui est un peu caché. J'invite donc la direction à faire la publicité nécessaire pour mieux faire connaître cet établissement qui ne décevra personne.

• Dave (9/5): Een mooi spookhotel - Het was een mooi, modern en luxe hotel, het was ook erg schoon. De airco deed het slecht. Omdat er zo weinig gasten waren, was het personeel ook een soort van ongemakkelijk, daarnaast spraken ze gebrekkig Engels.

• Timo (9/5): - Das Personal war super freundlich und alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück war super reichhaltig, vom herzhaft, über süß bis hin zu Obst, Joghurt und Co. Das Restaurant abends bietet Gerichte innerhalb einer halben Stunde an, was für Durchreisende sicher gut ist. Mir wäre es lieb gewesen, sie hätten sich mehr Zeit genommen und dadurch besseres Essen serviert. Aber auch hier war das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

• François (8/5): Etablissement de luxe, standard international. On y est aimablement reçu. Très onéreux pour le Maroc - Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent. Il est malheureusement un peu difficile d'avoir de la boisson chaude à volonté, car il faut à chaque fois demander au personnel et le thé arrive souvent tiède. Cela étant, le personnel est très gentil. La piscine est agréable, même si l'eau était très froide en cette saison. L'hôtel est globalement très confortable. Il y a toute la journée de la musique devant la piscine et les chambres qui donnent sur la piscine en "profitent". Par ailleurs, les prix sont excessifs. On vous demande pour une simple petite bouteille d'eau 20 dhms (2 euros). Signalons aussi (mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien) qu'il y a des odeurs nauséabondes dans la rue où les égouts ont été éventrés. On peut espérer que cela se règlera avec les travaux d'aménagement de la zone, mais cela risque de prendre du temps.

Das Hotel-Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen - insbesondere ist mir das beim Restaurant-Team positiv aufgefallen. Sehr professionell!! Der Hof mit Pool sieht auch sehr nett aus, allerdings habe ich den Pool nicht genutzt. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber! Sehr gute Unterkunft mit super zuvorkommendem Hotel- und Restaurant-Team

Ordered lunch by the pool, took 40+mins for a pizza and fries to arrive and when they did they were lukewarm at best. Pool side was busy with an event on which made sunbathing noisy and uncomfortable.

Je recommande pour un séjour luxueux il est tout neuf et très bien équipé Dommage que la musique reste toute la journée dans le couloir et à côté de la piscine. C’est assez fort et on entend depuis la chambre.

Un plauso particolare va al personale: molto giovane, ma estremamente preparato, professionale e sempre disponibile. In ogni occasione ci hanno dedicato tempo, attenzione e grande cura, dimostrando una reale attenzione al cliente e alle sue esigenze.
