• Ousmane (10/5): - Un personnel hyper sympa et disponible, appartement tres propre avec toutes commodités, un quartier tres calme et proche de tout, c'est ma énième fois au Maroc mais cette fois ci est vraiment différente, merci vraiment Mr Hichem.

Check-in was easy, the location was convenient, and the studio was suitable for a short stay in Casablanca Nothing major. Some small details could be improved, but overall the stay was good

• Doriane (8/5): Sejour sympatique - L'appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier vivant de Maarif. Hicham était toujours disponible et très réactif à chaque demande. L'appartement est fonctionnel. Les choses à améliorer : beaucoup trop de meubles dans le salon (2 canapés ne sont pas nécessaires). Je pense que le propriétaire gagnerait à enlever quelques meubles dans la chambre. Il faut également réparer l'extracteur d'air dans la salle de bains. Beaucoup de moisissure s'est installée. Pas top.

• Æmmarø (10/5): Excellent stay – highly recommended for long stays. - I liked everything about this place. After staying in several hotels and apartments in Casablanca, this was the best one. The quality of the house and the cleanliness were excellent. The location is very good and everything you need is nearby. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it, especially for long-term stays. Everything you need is available, and the person managing the property is very helpful, polite, and professional. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like.

• Frederic (10/5): Séjour Casablanca Maârif - Appartement conforme au descriptif de l'annonce très propre et très bien équipé proche de toutes les commodités notre hôte très réactif et sympathique ainsi que le monsieur qui garde l'immeuble je recommande grandement je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner pour un prochain séjour vraiment aucuns regrets Rien c'était parfait

• Bueno (8/5): - A localização, o tamanho do apartamento, bem amplo, sofá e cama confortáveis. A limpeza em geral poderia ser melhor, chão empoeirado. O ralo do box de banho estava entupido, tivemos que desentupir. Há um pequeno vazamento no piso do box do banheiro.

• Hicham (10/5): Séjour calme et agréable - Le logement est parfaitement conforme aux photos, très propre et calme. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, avec un emplacement pratique et la présence d’un parking qui constitue un vrai avantage. L’hôte Abderrahim est extrêmement accueillant, gentil et serviable. Je recommande vivement ce logement.
• Michael (10/5): - Un studio tout confort avec toute les facilités et le matériel nécessaire. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Monsieur Hicham est toujours disponible dans les plus brefs délais si besoin.
• Habib (5/5): - Manque de transparence sur le prix réel. Facturation non prévue de frais de ménage, pour une nuit, d’un montant de 20 euros, soit presque la moitié du prix de la location. On le découvre à la fin de la location… C’est inacceptable !
