• El Yazid (1/5): - Rien. C'était une arnaque pure et nette. L'emplacement est chaotique, la résidence limite abondonnée avec des délinqueurs aux alentours. L'ascenseur était hors service ce qui ne m'a pas été communiqué avant mais uniquement 10 min avant mon arrivée (etage 7 avres des valises, vous pouvez imaginer le calvaire). Apparement, les ascenseurs sont toujours hors service d'apres les commentaires des autres visiteurs, chose que la personne qui t'acceuille n'admet pas. L'etat des equipements est catastrophique et ne matche pas avec les photos sur booking bien photoshopé. Les fenetres ont des rideaux qui font passer la lumière et sans pouvoir les fermer donc si vous êtes une personne comme moi ayant besoin du black oit poir dormier et bah vous n'allez pas dormir. La douche catastrophique collée aux WC avec une separation rideau qui n est pas propre avec de la corrosion partout. Le lit qui est d une mauvaise qualité etc etc ..... Cerise sur le gateau : ce n'est pas un appartement dans un 7th etage mais une garconière dans une résidence. J'ai du réserver un autre appart sur airbnb 30 min après avoir accédé a cette arnaque. Franchement, dommage. Fuyez

Volvería sin duda No tengo la mínima queja no he ido en un horario habitual y lo único que han echo es ayudarme nada de poner impedimentos.

• Julian (10/5): - Die Lage war absolut super und das Personal extrem freundlich. Man darf sich von der Ausenversade des Wohnblocks nicht täuschen lassen. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick und einen riesen Balkon. Auch innen hat das Appartement alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Me cobraron 20e extras por hacer chek in fuera de hora. Dijeron que normalmente 40e pero al tener que estar sin ascensor lo bajaron a 20e. No volveré a ese lugar.
• Zoulfikar (8/5): Un séjour offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer !!! - Le logement dispose d’une grande terrasse avec une vue splendide sur la mer, absolument magnifique. Le personnel génial avec une grande gentillesse. L’emplacement est idéal : restaurants, supérettes, la plage… tout est accessible à pied, il ne manque rien. Du bruit suite à des travaux durant 2 jours mais c’est la preuve que les logements sont bien entretenus, juste quelque chose de passagère.
• STEPHANIE (6/5): Tanger est une très belle ville - L'appartement est bien situé (pour ceux qui cherche à être près de la gare) et il bénéficie d'une grande terrasse avec jolie vue. La salle de bain est clairement à repenser: elle n'a pas de séparation au niveau de la douche donc on patauge dans l'eau, de plus dès le début j'ai vu certains poils qui m'ont fait douté de la propreté. Il faudra mettre des rideaux occultants et l'IPTV ne fonctionnait pas (les films n'apparaissaient comme non disponible). De plus impossible de laisser ses bagages en dehors des horaires du check in / check out sans payer 20 euros: c'est pourtant un service habituel dans tous les hotels! L'immeuble est un peu glauque à première vue.

• rachid (8/5): - L'appartement est très bien situé: sur la corniche a quelques mètres de la plage,commerces et restaurants. La remise des clés s'est faite en main propre par un gardien très aimable et qui est resté disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons apprécié avoir un parking sous terrain surveillé car aux alentours difficile de se garer. Le logement est propre, sécurisé et bien agencé.

• Alexandra (9/5): - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht der Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Das Bett war gemütlich und die Dusche angenehm. Die Lage ist nah zum Meer. Zur Medina läuft man etwas 30 Minuten. Vor der Tür standen häufiger Männergruppierungen was gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Sie haben jedoch nett gegrüßt :)

The location is ideal, right next to train station, city centre and beach. It doesn't feel too touristic. • Malin (6/5): - Alles war sauber und gepflegt und sehr modern. Lage auch super und die Zimmer sehen auch genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Die appartements befinden sich Leder in einem sehr heruntergekommenen Haus, das Treppenhaus ist super gruselig und vermüllt und der Aufzug geht auch nicht immer. Wir als zwei Frauen alleine haben uns wirklich unsicher und unwohl gefühlt auf dem Weg nach oben vor allem abends! Es wird zwar wirklich daran gearbeitet, dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen ich muss es aber trotzdem in der Bewertung erwähnen da es vor allem für zwei Frauen alleine nicht optimal war.

Appartement erg klein, alles wel aanwezig, maar entree beneden is armoedig. Het is s nachts erg veel verkeerslawaai, vooral het weekend. Onze verwachtingen waren te hoog

Big Supermarket & mall (gym etc) next door & 5min walk to the trainstation The building is not very nice, the staircase is dirty and i felt uncomfortable walking. We only used the elevator.

I was asked to cancel the booking. After canceling, the next day, I was told that I had not had time to notify them within the allotted time and they would not refund the money for the booking.

• Mutscheller (2/5): Sehr schlechte Lage - Der Vermieter war sehr sehr freundlich und konnte deutsch. Als wir ankamen lagen leider einige schwarze Haare herum, die Fenster haben nicht geschlossen weil sie teilweise kaputt waren, die Dusche bestand nur aus einem Loch im Boden und man hat durch die Türen alles gehört. Das schlimmste an dem Aufenthalt war die Lage, da sich die Wohnung in dem 7. Stock eines sehr heruntergekommenen Hochhaus befindet. Abends als wir vom dem einkaufen zurückkamen, wurde uns Drogen angeboten und wir mussten an 30-40 Obdachlosen Männern vorbeilaufen um zu dem Aufzug zu kommen. Die ganze Zeit wurden wir angebettelt und es war eine sehr aggressive Stimmung. Wir hatten ursprünglich 2 Nächte gebucht und sind aber nach einer wieder abgereist. Abschließen ist der Vermieter freundlich aber die Lage der Wohnung komplett schrecklich und nicht empfehlenswert. Die besseren Lagen sind die Medinas ( Altstädte).

• GALBENUS COSMIN (10/5): Convenabil dar negociați cu parcarea inclusa in pret - Aproape de plaja si Mall, convenabil preț calitate, poate puțin cam scumpicel... Parcarea era cu plata si era 4 euro,cu toate ca toate apartamentele au locul lor de parcare gratuit la subsolul blocului,putea include acest cost in prețul camerei de la început! Ar fi nevoie de un aparat de aer condiționat cu inverter deoarece eu am dormit îmbrăcat așa frig a fost peste noapte!

De l’humidité ! Une catastrophe ! Un balcon remplis d’humidité vraiment une arnaque comparer au photo ! Que je vous est envoyer par mail ! Je dit à la personne que c’est impossible de rester ici niveau sercurite ! Et hygiène ! Vraiment choqué en plus 2 femme seul ! Dans le couloir au 7eme étage nous sommes entourer d’un étage où il y a que des hommes ! Aucune sécurité ! L’appartement est à fuire je demande un remboursement ou une partie du remboursement on me dit que je doit faire une réclamation à booker chose que je fait ! Le propriétaire n’est même pas dans le pays ! Je trouve sa honteux que booking autorise des location sans remboursement dans ce genre de cas ! Je souhaite avoir un remboursement ! Je me suis retrouver à tanger à 22h à chercher un nouvel hôtel avec un enfant de 3 ans et faire une nouvel réservation qui m’a coûter 600€ ! Toute les photo et vidéo sont en pièces jointe ! De l’humidité ! Une catastrophe ! Un balcon remplis d’humidité vraiment une arnaque comparer au photo ! Que je vous est envoyer par mail ! Je dit à la personne que c’est impossible de rester ici niveau sercurite ! Et hygiène ! Vraiment choqué en plus 2 femme seul ! Dans le couloir au 7eme étage nous sommes entourer d’un étage où il y a que des hommes ! Aucune sécurité ! L’appartement est à fuire je demande un remboursement ou une partie du remboursement on me dit que je doit faire une réclamation à booker chose que je fait ! Le propriétaire n’est même pas dans le pays ! Je trouve sa honteux que booking autorise des location sans remboursement dans ce genre de cas ! Je souhaite avoir un remboursement ! Je me suis retrouver à tanger à 22h à chercher un nouvel hôtel avec un enfant de 3 ans et faire une nouvel réservation qui m’a coûter 600€ ! Toute les photo et vidéo sont en pièces jointe ! The location is great, close to the sea, you can see it from the balcony. There are many restaurants near the building. Very close to the train station, McDonald's, and shopping mall. El ascensor y la parte del portal viejo y sucio parecía que me iba a caer. La habitación en si está bien con vistas, sobre el baño no hay una mampara que separe inodoro de ducha. Si eres chico y solo y quieres unas vistas y un alojamiento decente si puedes ir. Si vas con pareja no vayas no te dejes engañar por las fotos.

Location is amazing, just 7 minutes walking to train station and front the beach and has great restaurants near by.

• Ayman (10/5): Perfect, exceptional service and a welcoming stay :) - The property was amazing - it had an ocean view balcony where you could see the whole city which looked even more beautiful at night, the location is the best in tangier and I was near everything walking distance, I must say the host provided exceptional service and went out their way to show me some nice places in tangier so I thank him!!!!! I would definitely recommend this apartment for any one visiting Tangier. They will be definitely seeing me again :)

• Ahmed (7/5): It was a good option on short notice and Abdrahman was very welcoming and helpful! - Abdrahman was very helpful and welcoming, the apartment is clean, there’s plenty of hot water, the bedding and towels were also very clean, also there are plenty of restaurants in the area The building itself was not so clean, most of the power sockets were unusable/blocked, and there is some black mold on the walls in the bathroom which should be treated..
• Guest (10/5): Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!! - De service was echt goed. Mensen waren vriendelijk en stonden bij elke vraag voor mij klaar. De locatie is ook goed gelegen, alles is dichtbij. Het appartement is schoon , dat was ook heel fijn. Ik voelde mij veilig wat ik ook heel belangrijk vind.
• Tim (7/5): - Das Apartment hat einen grossen Balkon und bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf Tanger. Die Lage ist in der Neustadt ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuss von der Medina. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ich kann diese Unterkunft in warmen Jahreszeiten empfehlen. Das Apartment liegt in einem sehr heruntergekommenen Hochhaus. Ich war im Januar dort und in der Nacht war es sehr kalt, da es keine Heizung gibt.
• Kevin (9/5): Over het algemeen zeer tevreden - De locatie kon niet beter. Alles in de buurt, vrijwel geen taxi's nodig. De host was zeer vriendelijk en stond altijd meteen voor ons klaar als we iets nodig hadden. Het appartement was zeer schoon. Het enige verbeterpuntje zou zijn om tapijten neer te leggen tijdens de wintermaanden want de vloer was steenkoud en er was een tocht vanuit de balkondeur waardoor de kamer ook vrij koud was.
• Recep (10/5): Een fijne locatie, midden tussen alle winkels wat je nodig hebt , en als uitkijk zicht op de zee - De panorama uitzicht, goed contact en snelle actie vanuit het personeel 1ste dag pech met de lift , maar gelukkig was het volgende dag opgelost
