Guest Reviews
- Lisa (5/5): Hotel was great But tried to get in and owner did not answer phone or respond to texts. Later we were told he was sor - Unable to get in. Access was unavailable Couldn’t get in. No code provided. Had to get a hotel
- Campello (9/5): -
- McBride (7/5): - Location was great, quiet street.. 2 house guests had no regard for others with all the extra noise.
Slamming doors, banging in the kitchen.
Learn how to be a little more quiet, when others are present.
They obviously have not lived with others.
- brenda (8/5): -
- Barnes (2/5): - The tenants that were already there were rude, wasn't any space in the fridge for any large items that I wanted. There was a couple that was arguing early in the morning when others tenants were sleeping. I pointed out a rat on the premises, I didn't even get a thank you from the owners, just where did I see it so they could take care of it.
- Csaba (9/5): - good location, quiet area, safe, own bathrom, parking space, clean house It was always cold in the house, especially at night.
- Emerson von der Goltz (4/5): Good place, but a few details compromised my experience - easy instructions on how to do the check-in, a house with a kitchen, a living room, a large private bathroom (I dont´know if it´s the case in every room, well located, a host easy to communicate with, opportunity to get to know other guests, such as the one I met with, Steve, an interesting veteran from the Air Force. There´s no acoustic treatment in the door of the room or an effective window block from sunlight, which, in my case, those two aspects compromised my 5-day stay into only one poor night of sleep, leaving me no alternative but to find another place to stay. Although the host offered to talk to the other guests to control the noise, the infrastructure didn´t offer much to do. You could hear absolutely everything that goes on in the hallway, right next to the rooms, so if you unfortunately have other guests who wake up at 5 AM, unless everybody arranges to go to sleep and wake up at the same time, or unless you are a heavy sleeper, you will wake up either at sun rises through the window or when others wake up, which ever comes first.
- Eyrus (9/5): Great place & location - I think the washing machine is about to go.out. I had to wash very small loads @ a time.
- Martin (8/5): Comfortable spot for the solo traveler. - The house was nice, clean and orderly. The bed was comfortable and rooms had electronic locks for peace of mind. It’s a short term good spot for the solo traveler. Not being familiar with these types of stays, I didn’t realize it was a room in a home that I would be sharing with others. I’ve only booked hotels until this stay and thought I’d try to rent a home. Judy didn’t realize it was a shared home. Other than that, I had a nice stay. Good for the solo traveler.
