• Kinga (2/5): Dont stay there - avoid - Nothing Please do not stay there. AVOID. The communication with the host has almost been non-exisent. They didnt give us the accomidation details till 1,5h before the check in, no idea where we were supposed to be going. Although it looks like the pictures, the pictures must be old as nothing was in good condition anymore. Sockets weren't working in one of the bedrooms, no tea or coffee provided, no hand soap anywhere. There were empty handwash bottles filled with water by the sinks. The windows werent shutting properly and we also accidentally locked ourselves in the living room as the door's lock between the hall and living room was broken. There wasnt even a mention/warning of that anywhere in the apartment. Host said that parking permit must be displayed at parking, stated that it was our responsibility to display it and if we were fined, they weren't responsible however there was not parking permit provided. When I messaged the host about it upon arrival, they didnt reply to me till next day about 12 minutes before agreed check out hour. Also, on top of that, the hosts asks you to pay additional £150 holding deposit before they sent you accomidation details. Never had to do it via booking.com before. The deposit was only released about a week after the stay.
